Nature here is a fairy tale, I won’t say anything bad! A double room costs 600 UAH. Only breakfast is included in this amount from 8 ~ 00 to 11 hours (and this is: scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal with and without milk, tea bags, sandwich ~ sausage, cheese, buckwheat, rice, and, as it were, everything. Very offended by many things ! ! They promised a fireplace without saying in advance that it was paid! Of course, we all paid. But the fact that we were deceived in relation to entertainment that they don’t have, they promised us a bathhouse, and they don’t have it, everything is with the neighbors and all over the solochin! Cleaning it not at all, the towel that lies on the floor, she inspires me back on the dryer, it's terrible, garbage and wet cleaning in the room from the moment they open! Dishes can lie on the terrace with food leftovers for a day, ashtrays are changed every two days. works already at 22 ~ 00. For two days we couldn’t even drink tea, they had a day off, and then a wedding and they told us that they don’t cook. there isn’t even a cup and a kettle in the room, buy something in the forest? Or run on dinner hungry in the village? We are now sitting in the room hungry, had at 22 o'clock on the river n everywhere weddings, festivities, and stupidly scored on customers ! ! ! ! And the cleaning lady is a nightmare, I'm looking and thinking. . . maybe today she came to look at my souvenirs and gifts for relatives, but she forgot to clean up. ? I don't know. . . pig attitude. A very beautiful place, mountains, meadows, mountain rivers, the air there is just kind of sweet! The territory of the hotel is small, but very well-groomed and comfortable. We lived in junior suite No. 16 on the second floor, one large room with solid leather furniture, everything is nice, but it’s very dark there, even on a sunny day you need to turn on the light, if we go to this hotel again, we will try to take a regular room around the pool. The pool is actually a little larger than it looks in the photo, there is no crowd around it, there were always free places in abundance. The water in the pool is not chlorinated, some special salt is added. Of course, in the heat, the presence of an outdoor pool in this hotel greatly increases its rating, my daughter did not climb out of the water ; -) The hotel staff is quite friendly and happy to meet, several times something broke in our room, then the curtain came off , then some other little things, everything was corrected without question. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days, if an extraordinary change is needed, contact the administrator - we changed towels without any problems. There is no laundry or washing machine. They themselves carry linen to the laundry in Svalyava, if necessary, they can take the things of vacationers, 30 UAH for a large bag, 20 UAH for a small one.
The water pressure in the room is really weak, but the situation is not critical, and there is always hot water.
Now about nutrition. Breakfast buffet, with a very decent assortment (eggs (scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs), sausages (children's or regular), pancakes (pancakes or cheesecakes, depending on the day), sliced meat and cheese, vegetable slices, salad, yogurt, a few types of cereals, steamed oats, milk, kefir, cottage cheese, sour cream, sweets, cookies, honey, jam, condensed milk, tea, natural coffee. We arrived for 2 weeks and wanted to get a little healthier, so we bought kursovki at Polonyna's Kvitka, 230 UAH per person per day, the price includes diet food in the restaurant of the Suzirye building + basic medical procedures.
