Looks cozy and chic.
Pros: Delicious food and lovely director.
The rest is worth considering. We received an advance payment in full, after which you can no longer care about your reputation.
Dirty towels, which for some reason should be changed no earlier than after 3 days (or pay extra), but at a room price of almost 500 UAH per day (and there are rooms for 1000 UAH, despite the fact that there is only a difference - air conditioning and an extra room ) - 10 UAH for a towel to pay extra? Is 500-1000 UAH not enough to change it for a clean one in case of a soiled towel, despite the fact that the administrator said that the workers wash a whole bag of linen for 30 UAH. Bed linen was changed once in 2 weeks, at such a price for accommodation they could also wash it.
Living in a suite does not give additional privileges, the only thing is that it is one more room, but if 4 people live in a room, then the price is the same as for 2 suites

Despite the fact that the food that is "included" is NOT food, it is oatmeal soaked in Water every morning and a couple of sausages, sausages are various: one day more, another day less, then more again, etc. In short, you won't go to bed hungry if you can't live without oatmeal, so start loving oatmeal!!!
For almost a week we put up with weak water pressure in the shower, we were told that the rural water supply system was to blame for everything, but when it stopped running at all during the day, the administrator began to connect backup sources, which also did not help, and finally at 12 o’clock in the morning finished turning - changing the taps on the taps, taps, the water went a little (so if you still live here, then start asking in the morning about the pressure of the water, otherwise you will have to go to bed dirty). The administrator, however, tried very hard to be nice, and here he is a plus. On the first day, he even agreed to change the furniture for a nicer one.
In the evening, after a walk, we ordered 2 teas and syrniki, and immediately paid for at the bar, an hour later they brought syrniki to us, we didn’t specify about tea, we thought, maybe if the syrniki were carried for so long, tea would be even later, but there was no tea, the next day I had to clarify with the director why the paid tea had disappeared somewhere, later "tea came" in a "dead" teapot, which began to fall apart in my hands. With all due respect to the cafe workers, they had no idea how to use this teapot, and only pouring boiling water over the kettle, they immediately pressed the strainer, which does not allow the tea to brew normally, the strainer should be initially raised. But they press it down so that it is not visible how little tea leaves were put - apparently, so, because for 2 teas it should still be more than a pinch. When cleaning the room, in the morning the maid took away the unfortunate teapot, and apparently lost it in our room, a missing part from the teapot, after which we received a demand to find what she had lost, otherwise we would have to pay for the teapot, which we allegedly broke. After we informed the director again about what had happened, the cafe workers stopped greeting us, despite the fact that we greeted - they defiantly turned away.
As for the cleaning of the rooms - the bed is always made, wet cleaning every day, but it’s true that no one caught spiders in the bathroom until they prompted, but the maids are always very polite and friendly (politeness is really genuine, it often brightened up all the shortcomings of the hotel, and thanks to this can forgive other human shortcomings)

When we were asked in Kvitka polonini how chic it is at Villa Garden, the answer was appropriate - we wonder why we pay 500 UAH per day, as for the "heaps of cars" that are constantly standing nearby - 2 of them were ours , 1 car belongs to the director, the rest, apparently, too, not assuming that they were waiting for them, they came there, and then called up their comrades and asked to clarify which confirmation letter they received for accommodation, because the information did not quite match (maybe there is a tour- agencies played an additional role, but a fact)
They forgot the toys, they didn’t return them to us (and they actually forgot the toys, because one of them fell into the toilet, and the child didn’t play with it after that, so I advise the one who took our toys to wash them well, and then they were in poop), now I’m thinking, maybe I should have counted the money left in the villa, or always carry all the money with me
Our friends lived in a private hotel a little further from the sanatorium, then for such 500 rn you could rent half a house. For 3 adults and 1 child, a 2-room suite with the same level as in the villa, a bathroom and a huge balcony (almost like a room), with huge TVs in each room, accommodation cost 250 UAH per day !! ! and for some reason the water did not disappear due to poor plumbing
Perhaps, if the owners thought a little about what VIPs write everywhere, then it would be necessary to control the level of supposedly VIP services.
