The hotel is wonderful. There are no complaints about Wi-Fi. The speed is wonderful - my husband and I have two computers and no one suffered. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The room is clean and comfortable. In the spring we were in the cold - and the room is always warm. Never had a problem with water. And the pressure is good, and hot - just burns. But most importantly, people come here to drink healing water, breathe fresh air and relax from the bustle of the city. Prices for holidays in this heavenly place are simply very minimal (for a change, do not be lazy and go to the sanatorium Kryshtalevo Dzherelo for a price list). No need to slander the hotel and say bad things that are completely unfounded.
