The hotel is wonderful. There are no complaints about Wi-Fi. The speed is wonderful - my husband and I have two computers and no one suffered. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The room is clean and comfortable. In the spring we were in the cold - and the room is always warm. Never had a problem with water.

The room is clean and comfortable. In the spring we were in the cold - and the room is always warm. Never had a problem with water. And the pressure is good, and hot - just burns. But most importantly, people come here to drink healing water, breathe fresh air and relax from the bustle of the city. Prices for holidays in this heavenly place are simply very minimal (for a change, do not be lazy and go to the sanatorium Kryshtalevo Dzherelo for a price list). No need to slander the hotel and say bad things that are completely unfounded.

The hospitality of the owners, which is so often written about, is out of the question, they did not even deign to meet their vacationers near the house and take them to the room! There is no hair dryer, iron and mosquito nets in the room, Wi-Fi does not catch in the room! Disgusting housekeeping, cobwebs and spiders live their lives there, cheap gouging furniture (the sofa is designed for dwarfs, the promised double bed turned out to be an ordinary hard sofa).

In the bathroom, there is an endless leak of the tank and drains... I have never seen worse and this is LUX! In the shared kitchen, gas burners are clogged (gas supply is very weak), hot water from the tap practically does not flow at all, again due to the lack of hands from the owner from the right place. Conclusion: if you do not want to spoil your vacation, avoid the hotel "At Nelly's".

We rested with a family with a three-year-old child, I liked everything very much, the hostess cooked lunches and dinners, which was very convenient for me). The food was delicious and very valuable! There is a shared kitchen, all utensils. We ate outside, in a spacious pavilion decorated with flowers and overlooking the mountains))).

The territory is large and well-groomed, there is a place for children to play, a sandbox, swings, toys. Near the mountains, a mountain river, a source of mineral water. To the resort 5-7 minutes walk. Rest is very satisfied! Recommend!
