1. Terrible cold! People really save on heating! We slept in all the warm clothes we had with us. They were afraid that the child would not catch a cold! At the request to put some additional heating - they were refused, because. in the hotel it is forbidden to plug anything into the socket in the room, except for charging the mobile.
2. Very slippery surfaces on the steps at the entrance and on the steps to the basement that lead to the ski dryer.
3. We went on a package tour from a super dealer (breakfast, lunch, dinner paid in advance). The menu, which is offered very little, is cheap and not tasty. They offer, if you do not like it, then order from the menu for money. Food prices are expensive. It must have been done that way on purpose!

4. Terrible staff in the restaurant! The waitress Galya shows her dislike for Russian-speaking tourists with her whole appearance. And it doesn't matter that they also live in Ukraine, like her.
It takes 30-40 minutes to carry an order, even if there are 3 tables of visitors in the hall.
Breakfast was not prepared 2 times, citing the fact that you did not come up in the evening and did not say that you would have breakfast. How can you not prepare a pre-paid breakfast?
When you start to say something to them, the breakfast is even longer, the food is still not tastier (oversalted)! I think they can spit. . .
At any remark, the waitress Galya begins to be rude and snap, like a neurotic grandmother in the market.
In general, it doesn’t fit in a normal person’s head, how are they hired?
5. I personally saw how the administrator Ivanna sits and writes positive reviews about the hotel!!!
6. The Internet, by the way promised, is SIMPLY NOT!
