Were careless to stay at this hotel. I want to share my impressions, maybe someone will be useful.
We had a rest in January with a company of 7 people. One junior suite was rented in the main building and two suites in a separate cottage.
Already during the settlement we encountered the "mystery" of this hotel. After paying the full amount for the accommodation, we were confronted with the fact that we had to leave documents or money with the administrator as collateral for possible theft. At the same time no receipt.
Rooms: At first glance cozy. But the further away, the more mysterious is the creativity of interior designers. One of the suites has a stationary wall. It seems that all vacationers come here with sets and vases, not with skis and snowboards, and there is no wardrobe. In another suite - modular furniture, but not everything is as it should be. There is a closet, but without shelves.
The hanger is nailed to the corner behind the closet.

But special attention in this room deserves a bathroom, where the mirror is located at the corner of the wall and ceiling, you can look in the mirror only with your head raised. In the junior suite hanger in principle was not provided, all outerwear had to roll on a chair.
There is no soundproofing in the rooms, 100% audibility of neighbors. On the day of our arrival, the neighbors downstairs celebrated the end of the holiday, so I had the impression that I was sitting at their table and taking part in every toast. We were lucky if the hotel was half empty and we had no neighbors.
Ordered breakfast. Until now, I thought it was impossible to spoil an omelet. Naive. Omelet spoiled, fried it in bitter butter. We no longer ate at the hotel.
Service: We did not notice the service. Rooms were not cleaned, towels and bed linen were not changed. Administrator's argument: "Whatever valuables you have. "
The last two days of our vacation there was a lot of snow. The snow was cleared on the territory, and from the stairs of the cottage, as well as the stairs leading to the second floor to another room, remained in the snow. As it was raining the day before, the steps under the snow were completely covered with ice, which was not only difficult to descend, but also very dangerous. But before that no one cared.
And all would be nothing if "not the last straw" on the day of departure. During the recalculation of the pledge we left, we did not pay 50 hryvnias. The administrator explained that we were fined for not turning off the light on the cottage. To our questions: “Why were we not acquainted with the system of fines during the settlement, why were we not informed about the violation on the day of its detection and why was the fine collected in this way? ». The administrator began to openly be rude, provoking an escalation of the conflict. We have never encountered such impudence.
And it's not about 50 hryvnia, but the audacity, rudeness and incompetence of hotel staff. It is amazing how such a "Mystery of the Carpathians" can exist in such a charming place where friendly and hospitable people live.
