One of the best hotels in the area for a good price. We have been resting there for the last three years, both in winter and summer. Love the great view from the rooms. Especially in recent years, the level of service in the hotel has increased markedly. We arrived in the morning, were greeted warmly and seated immediately. We had our own house, with a separate entrance inside everything is made of wood, it's cozy. The hotel has its own restaurant, the cuisine is delicious, home-style, but they also prepare national dishes. Tasted banosh and bograch! On the territory there are gazebos where we sat with barbecue in the evening and did not interfere with anyone. In general, the stay at the hotel was satisfied. Of course, we read the reviews of past years and were careful, but, as it became known to us later, the administrative staff changed at the hotel.

Rooms: At first glance cozy. But the further away, the more mysterious is the creativity of interior designers. One of the suites has a stationary wall. It seems that all vacationers come here with sets and vases, not with skis and snowboards, and there is no wardrobe. In another suite - modular furniture, but not everything is as it should be. There is a closet, but without shelves.
The hanger is nailed to the corner behind the closet.
But special attention in this room deserves a bathroom, where the mirror is located at the corner of the wall and ceiling, you can look in the mirror only with your head raised. In the junior suite hanger in principle was not provided, all outerwear had to roll on a chair.
There is no soundproofing in the rooms, 100% audibility of neighbors. On the day of our arrival, the neighbors downstairs celebrated the end of the holiday, so I had the impression that I was sitting at their table and taking part in every toast. We were lucky if the hotel was half empty and we had no neighbors.
Ordered breakfast. Until now, I thought it was impossible to spoil an omelet. Naive. Omelet spoiled, fried it in bitter butter. We no longer ate at the hotel.
Service: We did not notice the service. Rooms were not cleaned, towels and bed linen were not changed. Administrator's argument: "Whatever valuables you have. "

What they call "junior suite" can really only be called "semi-bug". It's hard to imagine what's going on in a standard room. I got a room with two separate beds, although I pre-ordered with one large. However, later it turned out that I had not lost anything - where "one big" is two, shifted together. Under another mattress - the same thing. But I found a way out - I made one out of two beds, on which it was already possible to sleep quite normally. And from the second bed it turned out to be a very good chest for things (which there is no place to hang up), because. the mattress fell to the floor - I used the lintels for my bed. Just lost the opportunity to receive guests. But I also coped with this - I myself went to visit another hotel across the street, which turned out to be one and a half times cheaper and six times better. The whole room stinks of sewerage, but after an hour you get used to it and hardly notice it. Then it’s better not to go outside - you breathe in the fresh clean mountain air and then you go into the room - it corrodes your eyes.
The bathroom is a separate conversation. Dirt, mold, smell - it's still nonsense. The most disgusting thing is that there is nowhere to put/place even a tube of toothpaste. I found a way out here too - I dragged a chair from the hallway and covered it with a bag, because. I did not dare to put shaving accessories on it - the seat is of a strange color. After such a modernization of the bathroom, there was no place left in it, and I had to approach the toilet using skills from gymnastics. The writing/dining/kitchen table was sorely missed, instead there was a tiny low coffee table that looks more like a children's stool. A huge artificial flowerpot, covered in dust from the year before last, very eloquently complemented this whole madhouse. In principle, I found a common language with the administrator Tamara, which was not easy for me (I had to use all my oratory, acquired at two universities, so as not to run into rudeness) - I didn’t want to spoil my mood, because it wouldn’t have ended normally.
The same can be said about the "restaurant", but I don't want to deepen the stress. So, I do not recommend, and that's all. There is a great cafe within a ten minute walk.
Bath deserves a separate story. There is nowhere to undress / dress, you have to keep things in your teeth during this procedure. There is nowhere to lie down to take a steam bath - places only for sitting. in the middle of the steam room there is a hot pipe framed with a chain-link mesh - supposedly for safety from burns.
