The food is good, but the attitude of the staff is terrible. The director is an inadequate and snickering person. prices do not match the prices on the site, had to pay more.
in general, you can find a much better hotel for the money or even cheaper.

Beautiful area, good rooms, there is a small kitchenette on the floor. Probably one minus that is located near the highway is, as for me. I really liked the gazebo closed with barbecue.

Imagine arriving after a full day of skiing in Bukovel (tired, frozen and hungry) we are accommodated (pre-booked and paid for) unheated rooms (just did not include batteries) - the rooms were so cold that you could see the steam coming out of your mouth.

Now we understand that the administration is doing this to save money - they just do not include batteries before the arrival of guests.
The epoch of hospitality was the lack of TV in the room, the musty smell of dampness and warm water, which ended after the man took a shower - I did not have time =) I had to go first =)
Conclusions: for all the beauty of the rooms, well-groomed area - the services are excellent, the attitude towards guests is impudent. Value for money is clearly skewed in the direction of price.
I think the owners need to choose more carefully the staff for their hotel.

Yes, food can be heated in a micro-vehicle, there is a large refrigerator, dishes were taken in a restaurant. They did not use the fireplace in the hallway, although there was such an idea. We want to visit again before the end of summer. Whoever loves river rafting is possible there. Rafting time is approximately 1 hour. ), in good weather you can swim and sunbathe. I won’t say I didn’t measure the depth, you can splash around.
