We have booked a sauna / bath at this hotel for more than 7 years. But after the change of leadership in 2017, customers stopped being respected here. At first sporadically, but now constantly. Our last order for a bath was accepted, and 2 days later we accidentally learned that in our time the sauna was re-ordered for other people. When we asked why our order was canceled without any warning, we were told that since we had not made a subscription (we had not been told about it before), the management could do anything with our order.
