Pluses - a new, only open-air sauna, with sun loungers in the open air, I liked it so much that I went twice in three days.
The staff is friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate any request.
The kitchen has become a little worse, but still delicious. We ate enough, we didn’t even always go for lunch.
Of the minuses - I did not like the attitude of the owner himself. Even if he does not have to be kind to us, when we say hello, congratulate us on the holidays and say hello to Oksana, our wife, these are trifles.

But in relation to us, as customers who came to the disco promised by the institution, made an order, the children are waiting for music - instead, the laptop is simply carried away to another floor to the personal party of the owner's friends in front of us... To be honest, we were disappointed with the disregard to three families who for the second time choose Kremenitsa from a huge number of no less decent hotels of this level.
Therefore, the sensations are twofold, whether we will go again - I don’t know...
A couple of tips, do not drag tees, like me, after reading the reviews - I counted three sockets in the room, not counting the one where the TV is on. Hairdryer in the room - no standard, but at the first request they gave it. When choosing a room, try to take the highest floor. So, of course, you will hear your neighbors, but at least you will not be beaten on the head.
