"Hot Winter 2014"
A month and a half since the New Year, we constantly monitored the weather in Vorokhta and its environs, but there was nothing comforting. In general, they spat on everything from the high bell tower, on February 22 they threw things, gifts into the car and drove to the Carpathians. The closer, the more often there were checkpoints, but they let everyone pass without question. After Ternopil, they even sent me in the right direction. We spent the night in the village of Druzhba, and by 11 o’clock we arrived at the “Hatki on stumps”. Hooray ! We hug Orest and Olesya again! Everything was, as always, at the highest level - hospitality, cordiality, goodwill... but there was no snow, and no frost. And tourists once or twice, and that's it. But on the other hand, there was enough snow in Bukovel, and we spent the next 10 days there with great pleasure. 20 kilometers - there, 20 - from there. Everything would be fine, but there is no road in Palyanitsa. There is a tanker. In Voroh, by the way, too. A couple of times we went to Bukovel through Yablunytsya - 7-8 km further, but a good road and beautiful views! In Bukovel, all lifts work, the slopes are covered with snow, even the skis did not have to be waxed. In general, skated in full. And on March 5, with great regret, we said goodbye to Orest and Olesya and went home to return to you a year later! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! !
