The information that was sent to me on request about living conditions was just great - photos of spacious rooms with balconies and air conditioning, beautiful grounds, a solid restaurant. I went here with a very positive attitude, which began to disappear almost immediately upon arrival. The staff seems to be trying, but constant punctures and general indifference nullify everything. On the day of arrival, they changed my room twice (! ) In the end, I ended up on an added children's sofa in a single room with another girl. Testnota, closeness, lack of a balcony. Nowhere to dry things after the pool. You can only go to the pool with your own (! ) towels. The fan was put in the room only after the scandal. The manager was completely indifferent to all requests. We tried to cheat when paying for the service (it seems like by inattention - so be careful when calculating). The kitchen is a separate issue. There is no such tasteless soup, salted meat and fish even in cheap eateries. The question is what is the money for? Yes, nature is beautiful, but nothing more
