City Center Inn & Suites (24.7th Street, San Francisco, USA - formerly Ramada Limited Downtown). Half an hour drive from the airport ($ 40 if by taxi). There are bus stops near the hotel to reach the airport or the ocean in the Golden Gate area.
The hotel is also a 10-minute walk from Chinatown and Market Street. But this, of course, is not the center. In the evening and in the morning, approaches to the SSI are full of local homeless people and some suspects. Although everyone behaves calmly, they do not cling to passers-by.
Booked through "Booking" and chose because of the very low cost of living and proximity to the hotel where we lived the first days of our stay in San Francisco.
The standard room is tiny, clean, very simple. It is clear that everything is not new, but carefully preserved. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, air conditioning. Internet is free, high speed.
The included breakfast is purely nominal: apples, rolls, snacks, tea and coffee of questionable quality. All.
However, suitable for transit accommodation.
