It is located literally 700 meters from the international airport of Tashkent, you can walk to the hotel if you wish. The hotel is located in a business center building, rooms are only on the 6th floor. The rooms are equipped with everything a tourist needs: wifi, hair dryer, TV (there are Russian channels), refrigerator, air conditioning. There is not only a normal window, but there is a mansard window in the roof, enough for light and ventilation. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast.
The downside is the "forgetfulness" of the staff when it comes to the promised free transfers upon arrival/departure. Upon arrival, we were not met, we had to be reminded about the transfer upon departure.
