No one fusses in the hotel and at the same time all requests are clearly and smoothly fulfilled quickly and always happy to help. The people are kind and pleasant. Very green area. All well maintained everywhere very clean. There are no mosquitoes, and even if you worry about not being bitten, they will give you a fumigator, we did without it. The pools are clean but not very deep, the maximum depth of a meter and a half will be enough to refresh, but even more so if you are a tall person, you won’t be able to swim, and why is the beach nearby) We basically planned to just enjoy the sea air and calm atmosphere. It is very pleasant and convenient that you can change towels as much as you need and not according to issuance. Towels are changed by the pool, which is also convenient so as not to drag into the room. I will note the spa at the hotel. Good selection of massages and other treatments. I especially liked the usual Vietnamese massage, excellent masseuse, I got a lot of pleasure. In general, I recommend visiting the spa and getting a massage. We were very worried about accommodation because we do not know Vietnamese hotels, but everything turned out to be very good. Cozy bungalow room with good repair furniture in good condition. And very good cleaning of bed towels in excellent condition. Comfortable bed all very comfortable. Change of linen every other day. There is everything you need, a tea-coffee set, etc. Well, in general, like everywhere else. In general, the hotel was difficult to choose all the same, a new country and didn’t really know anything. Well, in conclusion, I can safely praise the breakfasts at the hotel. Soup pho is something and in the hotel restaurant they make it just wonderful, we tried it in other places, but the hotel turned out to be the best. Well, in other matters, there is no dispute about tastes, and this is my personal opinion. Lots of fruit for breakfast. And once a week they have a great themed dinner. There were no problems with food, there are a lot of cafes next to the hotel. We are very pleased with the hotel and the staff, and we really liked Vietnam!

Everything is very nice and fresh. Walking in this garden is a pleasure. The hotel itself consists of buildings of two and four floors and bungalows. We lived in the building. The room is spacious enough. Safe for free. The furniture is good. But the rooms themselves are a little tired, everything in principle looks normal, but cosmetics will not hurt. Cleaning twice a day. It's very nice, but overkill. We asked to be cleaned once a day. The staff is very nice friendly people, many speak Russian. They will always help and go to a meeting, we remember them only with warmth. The beach is close at hand. The beach itself is clean, wide, with fine fine sand. Well equipped. Umbrellas, sun loungers and beach towels are all free on the beach and by the pool. For children on the beach there is a large sandbox with scoops, buckets and other toys. There is a mini club for children. The hotel has good breakfasts. A good dinner in the evening, but a little more expensive, it's easier to eat on the street, it will be two times cheaper. The hotel is very well located right in the center. Nearby there are many excellent shops, restaurants, cafes and a shopping center. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cocktail. The reception has Russian-speaking staff, and so some of the hotel workers can also speak Russian a little. Everyone speaks English. On our fourth day of rest, the conder stopped working, they immediately responded to the breakdown. According to the room there are no claims clean tidy good furniture. We took a full complex of Thai massage, massage with warm stones and oils, just great. And last but not least, the beach. The sea is warm and gentle, with constant, not very big waves, Clean, warm and soft sand, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, there is always a free and beloved sunbed. Cleaning every day and linen changed every other day. Bedding, towels cleanly laundered, not worn out. In general, the hotel is very clean everywhere. Well done staff do the work for five plus. All very responsive and attentive people. Many thanks to them for their concern. The beach was excellent on other beaches, but we concluded that the beach at our hotel is the best. There are a lot of umbrellas, not only to occupy a third, but they were always free. And the entrance to the water is very convenient. And the beach is clean too. The food is very good. I note that the soup is better than cooked for breakfast at the hotel, we did not eat anywhere. Breakfast selection is ok. Well, lunch and dinner is not a problem at all. The pool is clean although small and not deep. Decent sunbeds were enough for all vacationers. The food is very good. Choose from what is. You can have lunch and dinner in different cafes around the hotel, since there are enough of them. And the price is about the same everywhere. Almost every cafe has a menu in Russian. The most memorable Indian restaurant right in front of the hotel. And the food is good and the presentation is good. I also really liked the beach. True, if it weren’t for the traders, it would have been great in general. Well, almost everywhere. Lots of sunbeds and lots of umbrellas. The place was never occupied. The hotel staff, although a little lazy, but decent polite people. True, when any question arises, they can pretend that they do not understand. The hotel has a spa so I really liked it. You can go to a club and even somewhere there is a casino, but we didn’t go there, we came for relaxation and not to hang out. If anyone needs it, the hotel has a gym, of course modest, but it will do. The beach is nice and cleaned regularly. Lots of sun loungers though not modern but quite comfortable. There is no need to occupy places, there are a lot of umbrellas and sunbeds for everyone. Right at the hotel you can hold a wedding ceremony, my boyfriend and I are thinking about such an option in the future) For a honeymoon, a great place! The hotel is a bit far but it's worth it. The room is also excellent, everything in the room has everything for tea and the bathroom is replenished without reminders. Cleaned well and staff very friendly. Wet towels, a cold drink, the key to the room immediately and the polite, courteous staff takes your things and slowly escorts you to your room. And then you find yourself in the garden, and that's it, not just tired, you generally forget about the house, about the hustle and bustle, problems, just another world. Tropical slightly humid air, filled with aromas about which you experience a slight pleasant excitement, expectation of something fabulous, like in childhood before a holiday. For a small surcharge, we settled in a bungalow with access to the garden. Probably the most amazing thing about it is the bathroom. You seem to be in the bathroom, but it seems to be in the garden. Around, right in the room, a rock garden with green plants, and even a roof that comes off. Our delight from the number cannot be expressed in words. Cleaning is almost sterile. Cleaned up twice a day. Always snow-white bed linen, towels, comfortable gels and shampoos with dispensers. And what a cool canopy over the bed, and without a single hint of dust. The beach is no less clean, not a cigarette butt, not a straw. The sand is sifted almost every day. Sunbeds with huge umbrellas and thick, soft mattresses, there are always free, no problem. The water in the sea is like fresh milk, always. Showers with warm water. And, also, near the entrance to the bungalow, a container of water for washing feet, with a ladle on a long stick, and the water in it does not stagnate, they change it, but when we did not see it. The whole area is clean and well-groomed, you can talk about its beauty, ponds with lotuses, miniature bridges, magical flowers for hours. I don’t know about the scarcity of the breakfasts that were written about earlier, but if there are several types of meat, fish, cheeses, soups, omelettes, I won’t even say how many different fruits, not to mention the usual sausages and rice. Forgive me, gentlemen, but how do you then have breakfast and what... Since Bambu is located in the very center of Mui Ne, there are a huge variety of all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes, markets around, by the way, with fairly cheap fruits and the choice is very large. My advice about food outside the hotel - eat and do not be afraid, but massages are better to do in the hotel itself, much more professional. Go to different restaurants, you will always find suitable prices for yourself. Everywhere there is a menu for Russians, there will be no problems. I can only summarize by saying that Bamboo Village is not a place where you want to return, this is a place where you want to stay.
