We specially ordered an individual one, paid an expensive $156 by the standards of Vietnam (the usual price is $100)! The car was terrible, old KIA, the air conditioner worked badly! The driver does not speak English and does not understand (in Russian too). Hotel: great architecture! Service is terrible! Employees try, but unfortunately no one taught them! Food at the hotel is a troika, there are probably no professionals (they even manage to spoil the sea products)! It is necessary to wash everything, because for employees this is not very clear. Service: employees try, but they do not know and do not know how to work in this business! In English (I don’t speak about Russian), only the reception staff speak and understand, they tried to speak Chinese with them. . . don't know either. Animation, entertainment is completely absent, with an excellent tennis court with rackets there is a problem (only 4 rackets and at the same time one is broken, the second is "suitable"). Volleyball. . . problem! Football. . . problem! They can’t even organize water polo (if there is a good pool). I constantly forget to replenish the room with consumables (shampoo, liquid soap, etc. ). To check the quality of cleaning in the corner under the table, he got dirty, killed in the bathroom and smeared a mosquito on the mirror, threw a toothpick on the balcony, unfortunately, the third day has passed, none of the cleaners could clean it! & #128512 ; The employees are friendly, but they cannot perform their functions, they simply do not know and do not understand what needs to be done !!!
