Impressions from both the Terracotta Resort & Spa and Vietnam itself are excellent!

We traveled to Vietnam from the travel agency "Lazarevskoye" in Tomsk, the tour operator "Akris", the host - Focus Travel.

Upon arrival, dear guests are greeted with friendly smiles, orange juice acts as bread and salt, and then the passport is confiscated from dear guests. Do not be afraid, this is done in many hotels in Vietnam, the document will be returned to you safe and sound.

The territory of the Terracotta Resort is not very large, but very well maintained. Walking along it, you can note the main building, the "LA TERAZZA" restaurant, the "Live Music" bar (hotel customers are given cards for free drinks at this bar upon arrival), the "DIVERTIMENTO" sports club (massage, sauna, jacuzzi - hotel customers are offered one free massage session + sauna), numerous bungalows, benches, swings, funny figurines of men, frogs, sheep, picturesque plants.

The hotel area is not a place where you can take a walk, but when you walk from the bungalow to the sea, it pleases the eye! The beach is clean, well-groomed, white sand and blue-blue sea, just like in the Bounty advertisement. This is truly heavenly delight! Upon arrival at the beach, each client of the hotel is given two towels, which can then be left on the sunbeds. There is only one pool, with a maximum depth of 1.7 m, plus a separate fenced area where children can gurgle and adults can take massage baths. Swimming in the sea is quite difficult, because the waves can knock you down. However, both beachgoers who love bliss and peace and indefatigable surfers rest in Mui Ne. Those wishing to catch a wave for the first time for a moderate fee can be trained by local instructors. You should come to the beach here either early in the morning (the easiest way to enjoy the sea is from 6 to 10 am), or after 2-3 pm. After 18.00 it gets completely dark and it is not recommended to enter the sea.
It is incredibly beautiful here, and the photos, I think, will not convey all the charm that can be seen here. Enough hours at six in the morning or evening (local time) to admire the mighty South China Sea and the sky painted with bright flashes of lights - and you will understand what I'm talking about.

My husband and I lived in a bungalow. When they saw our home for the first time, they were delighted. At the door there is a small veranda with chairs where you can relax on warm tropical evenings. Room: spacious, clean, comfortable; stylized wooden furniture; mirrors; paintings on the walls; a huge four-poster bed (on the bed kissing swans made of towels decorated with flower petals greeted us); plasma TV with 65 channels, including one Russian; hair dryer; silk robes; slippers; teapot; two bottles of water; various fruits; coffee; tea with ginger; cups, glasses; fridge; safe.
In the refrigerator on the bottom shelf there is a mini-bar, which we did not use due to its high cost. A fan rotates under the high ceiling, and the room is also equipped with a well-functioning air conditioner. For the convenience of customers, the latter is suspended not next to the bed. The bathroom is very interestingly equipped: when gurgling in the shower, behind the glass you can watch a small garden, in the evening the backlight turns on in this "mini garden". Don't be afraid, no one will see you naked, the garden is securely protected by a high bamboo fence!

Terracotta Resort on a breakfast basis. Breakfasts are served from 6:30 to 9:30. In the restaurant "LA TERAZZA" you will be offered a buffet with dishes of both European and Asian cuisine. Personally, my stomach doesn't take unfamiliar foods very well, so for breakfast I usually chose cereal with milk or yogurt, sausages and bacon, a butter muffin, sweet cakes and juice.

They always serve an omelette (it is fried right in front of you, with the addition of spices of your choice), two types of soup: one is the national Vietnamese soup pho (pho bo), and the second is constantly changing. My husband had a chance to try fish, chicken, mushroom, vegetable and cabbage soup (which were called "borscht"). As second courses, in addition to scrambled eggs, they usually serve sausages, bacon, as well as dozens of different dishes - from traditional Vietnamese to pasta, baked potatoes and dumplings. Desserts are fruits, puddings and Vietnamese pastries. Among the fruits, there were many unusual ones: papaya (sweet fruit, served without skin and seeds), passion fruit (sweet and sour fruit, served cut in half with peel and seeds), dragon (also called "pitaya", a sweet fruit, has a creamy white pulp) and a fruit called "plum", but in our understanding it does not at all resemble a plum.
I don’t recommend having lunch and dinner at the hotel, it’s better to take a walk along the only street, because the infrastructure here is quite well developed! Opposite and next to the lined up string of luxury hotels, you can easily find a restaurant to your liking! We especially fell in love with the East-West restaurant, where in the detailed menu in Russian you will find both vinaigrette, Russian salad, borscht, cutlets with potatoes familiar to the heart and stomach, as well as native food, up to turtle soup, crocodile meat and a beating heart cobra.

The service and staff at the hotel is wonderful. Unfortunately, the staff does not speak Russian very well (we had only one manager at the reception in Russian), but they understand English quite well. In general, the Vietnamese are very hardworking people, so both the rooms and the territory are cleaned to "5+".

Animation in the hotel, as such, was not observed.
During our stay in the restaurant of the hotel "LA TERAZZA" a luxurious dinner (buffet) was held with live music and dancing. That, in fact, is all.

There were no special requirements. While we were relaxing at Terracotta Resort, we saw many guests with small children. Parents were satisfied with the services provided to them.

With Vietnam and Terracotta Resort, bright colors will not leave you even in winter! Hope the information is helpful!

P. S. I have already published this review on one of the sites, but I want to share information with many and recommend the Terracotta Resort & Spa!
