Those. pretty decent, very clean hotel, cleaning every day, washing clothes on demand during the day - passed in the morning, returned the next morning. No frills of course. The room has air conditioning, TV, minibar-fridge. In general, everything is standard. Three stars somewhere in Germany, France, or Switzerland is often better than five stars in Egypt or Turkey. There is Wi-Fi, although I did not use it, because. almost all of Vietnam has very cheap mobile communications including 3G with good speed. So it's better to immediately, upon arrival, buy a local SIM card at the first airport.
As for food - breakfast is included in the price, but I can’t say anything, I didn’t have a chance to try it - I left early for the first week of rest, 2 hours before breakfast - I went diving.
The whole second week I had my own entertainment program lasting well after midnight, so then I slept until dinner. In general, I did not have breakfast. In the same hotel I rented a scooter, in the basement there is a garage where you can put it. Although I arrived very late several times, the garage was closed, I left it next to the entrance, in the morning the staff put it in its place.

The staff is friendly and helpful, of course they don’t understand Russian, but they speak English quite tolerably, as in general in all hotels.
This hotel, in addition to its standard web page, has a marked geographical position in Google Maps, or in the Google Earth resource, you can see its exact location - this is practically the tourist center of Nha Trang.
