We rested at the Vinpearl in August 2011. Before traveling to Vietnam, we read a lot of reviews on the Internet, and were also interested in the impressions of friends and acquaintances who had been there. We haven't heard anything bad from anyone. Therefore, we went there calmly, and were not disappointed! I can safely call the island of Vinpearl a heavenly place.
You can get to the island from Nha Trang either by boat (it runs every hour) or by cable car (carriages move without interruption and arrive to the island in 15 minutes). Upon arrival at the hotel, a Russian-speaking girl meets you and escorts you to your room. A little surprise awaited us in the room (but we knew about it in advance) a basket with exotic fruits and a bottle of champagne with ice, as well as a postcard in our names with a greeting.
The hotel has two five-story buildings and a separate area with bungalows. We lived in the Delux building, the second building was larger than ours, it is considered new, ours is correspondingly old, and to be honest, it was noticeable by the furniture in the room - it was already worn out, but still in good condition. The room was spacious, with a balcony, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub itself, for those who like to lie in the foam. There are all the necessary personal hygiene products, the bathroom is also there, the room was cleaned daily, the bed linen was also changed constantly, and in the evening a girl came, spread the bed, and left chocolates on the pillows with the wishes of “Good night”.

In restaurants, meals are served according to the "Swedish table" system, the cuisine is different: both Vietnamese and European, seafood was fresh and very tasty every day, there was also fish, meat and poultry; side dishes: rice, pasta, french fries, mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes were also; very tasty soups, both mashed soups and others. A lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, pastries are also varied; the only thing I could not eat there was salads, they are all seasoned with local herbs (not very pleasant in smell and taste), honestly, this is not for everyone.
Tea, coffee, water are served free of charge all the time, but everything else (juices, soda. drinks, cocktails and spirits) are recorded on your account, which is paid upon departure from the hotel.
The hotel has a huge swimming pool, I want to note that there have never been any problems with sun loungers, they were always free, the same on the beach, especially in the morning. The beach is beautiful, clean almost white sand, clear warm sea, in which you can see flocks of small fish. True, there were days when something really stung in the sea, after which there were small reddenings on the skin, we did not understand what it was.
Vinpearl Island also has many other attractions:
1. A huge water park with entertainment for both adults and children, there is also access to the beach, the sea is clean like at a hotel. On the territory of the water park there are several small cafes and a shop with everything you need to relax.
2. An amusement park with attractions (for children and adults), with a huge game room in which there are countless slot machines, there is also a game room for small children. In case you get hungry, there are fast food areas in the park.
3. Oceanarium with many varieties of fauna.
4. Show of singing fountains. The show takes place daily, at about 20-00, a stunning spectacle, accompanied by a laser show. Even the locals watch it with delight.
5. Shopping area. It consists of many shops with clothes, shoes, jewelry and souvenirs.
6. To understand the local religious culture, it is worth visiting the "Pagoda", on the territory of which there are several Buddhist temples, and a huge Buddha statue rises, which can be seen even from the beach on the territory of the hotel.
