The hotel looks beautiful, but this is only a picture on Instagram. The rooms are dirty (a glass, slippers, towels, furniture) about it, all the wicker falls, nothing is worth it. They remove poorly, everything was dirty and remains. In the morning, roosters are yelling, and construction and the Chinese who do not know personal borders, constantly yell and shout. They get up nearby, just terrible. Well, the highlight on the cake is theft. 1) They broke the lid from the palette with the shadows (it lay in a closed cosmetic bag on the sink) 2) squeezed out the cream (it was almost new, now it remained on the bottom + the whole cover was dirty and there was no product inside). I approached an angry at the reception, all that they said thanks for the information. What is the norm in your opinion? They were lucky that this happened in 10 hours but our departure, did not even have time to do anything. The hotel pulls 2-3 stars. I will never come here
