Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from July 25 to August 6.2011. The tour operator there is Forsage Plus, here they bought a ticket at the Mix Tour travel agency. Travel agency and tour operator pleased - answered all questions, reassured and gave practical advice. There were no problems here or there. When I opened the door of the room, I even froze for a second - the room looked so chic : ) Everything corresponds to the photos posted on the hotel website and here. Number. There is a TV in the room (a lot of channels, but only 1 Russian - the first channel, the selection of programs is strange, does not coincide with our Russian ones. Most likely it was made specifically for Russian tourists vacationing abroad. But all the latest news can be found from there). Kettle, cups, spoons, glasses - the dishes are very beautiful, high quality, clean. Every day they washed it for us, if we ourselves suddenly forgot. The kettle is small, but boldly enough for 3-4 mugs, we poured water from the tap. It's all right : ) Every day the maids come - three lovely Vietnamese girls. If you are in the room, they will ask you 10 times if you can come in, take off your shoes outside the threshold, try not to interfere and move on tiptoe. Every day they changed towels, sheets, washed dishes, put two small bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar and all toiletries. Once they forgot to put toilet paper on us, we told the reception, we returned, and there were already two rolls in the room)) The room has air conditioning - powerful, good. It works with a bang and helps a lot) there are no air conditioners in the corridors, so when you leave the room during the day, you will immediately feel the difference)) There is a safe, there is an instruction, but we asked the boy from the reception to help. Hangers, wardrobe, shelves, dressing table. By the window there is a table, two armchairs and tea accessories. Each side of the bed has its own bedside table and a small reading light. There were several stains on the walls, obviously the prints of children's hands, and so no one washed them away. Which is strange. But a day later we didn’t notice them anymore) The sand that we unwittingly dragged from the beach was swept out daily. The floors weren't washed. . . And, there are still slippers in the room)) Vietnamese)) there are no bathrobes. It is possible to call from room to room - just dial the room number. Of course, there is a fridge and hair dryer. Breakfast. Buffet. Breakfast at the hotel from 6 am to 10 am. When we rested, there were a lot of Vietnamese, so sometimes there were no seats in the restaurant. But if you come to the restaurant at the beginning of the seventh, then there will definitely be places. We did just that, and then went to the beach until 11 o'clock, then it was very hot. I do not advise you to come to 10, you may not have enough certain products. The food was varied. Every morning - 2-3 soups to choose from, 2-3 dishes of rice, rice noodles, chicken, pate, seafood, fruits (there was always a watermelon, a dragon's eye, such a shaggy little red fruit, Vietnamese apples), bread (French loaf), 3-4 types of sausage, butter (more like margarine), meatballs, greens - lettuce, grated carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, fish in batter and their pastries. If you approach the cook, he will make an omelette, scrambled eggs or pancakes. (Only in advance, please learn the names of these dishes in English). The tables are always clean, the waitresses try hard, do not stand still. From drinks - water, tea, coffee, juices (3 types), some kind of herbal thing (bitter). In general, we liked the food very much. We always ate so much that it was enough until dinner)) Swimming pool. The hotel has a swimming pool, you go up to the 11th floor, and there is half a floor on foot. The pool is not big, 15 meters, medium depth - do not let a small child go alone. There are two simulators - a bike and a treadmill. There is also a toilet. Two beds. From there you have a beautiful view of the city. If my memory serves me right, the pool is open from 8 to 22. There were almost no people there, we always came and swam freely. There is also a security camera there. Reception. The reception has maps of the city - you can take it for free. Get ready to speak English, they don't understand Russian. None. But they are very friendly, I have never seen someone ask for help, but they ignored him. Near the reception there are two computers freely available. Free ? Sit down and mind your own business. There is Skype - there are headphones, the camera seems to be built-in. Vietnamese kids played games there)) The speed is rather low, but tolerable. Free, of course. Staff. As I said, they don't speak Russian. But in any case, they try their best to help the tourist. They always smile, say hello, open the door, hold the elevator, and so on. . Dear guys) I even made friends with the girl from the reception, she helped us with a tour and advised where to buy a Vietnamese dress, or rather to sew. I still correspond with her. Please learn English or at least take a phrase book! Otherwise, it will be hard for them and for you. At least the basic words, it's not difficult : ) There was a case - then we swam in the pool. A boy comes running from below, he is like a porter and a guard at the same time. He holds an expensive phone in his hands, on the screen is a photo of a young Russian couple. He runs to us and excitedly asks if we recognize these guys. Of course, we recognized them, they were our roommates. We said what their number was and he ran to them. I gave the phone, everything is in order. Can you imagine? I could have easily left it. Here is such a story. The location of the hotel. Quite successful, in my opinion. Of course, you will have to walk 5-7 minutes to the beach, but it didn’t bother you at all. There are many shops and stalls along the way. There are many restaurants right in front of the hotel where we had dinner. Most of all we liked Meze cafe - right opposite. Delicious, friendly waitresses, varied menu, and prices. . . as if they don't exist. Be prepared that the portions there are very large. Seafood noodles for 50 thousand dong is a portion for an adult hungry man or for two girls)) we took one for two) Everything is delicious there)) There is a Russian menu. and for 90 thousand dong there is a dish - it says fish (salmon or tuna) with rice and salad. So, it's for four, that's for sure. You check with the waitresses, I forgot the name. They bring such a thing with coals and cook it in front of you. A large piece of fish, broth, noodles, pineapples, tomatoes, etc. Soup is obtained. Very tasty and satisfying! Two will not eat)) take four)) Of course, there are still many cafes, but after going around the neighborhood and having dinner in different places, we concluded that Meze is the best. Also right across the street is an A-Mart supermarket, like a green sign with black letters. It is even closer to the beach, which is closer to the beach - there is more choice. Food, clothing, manufactured goods - everything can be bought and cheap. If you leave the hotel and go to the left, then after 15 meters there will be a bank, there is the most profitable exchange. The spa is on the right, 5 meters))) but you will see, they will give you an advertisement)) If you go far from the hotel, take a business card. You can always take a taxi or ask passers-by for directions. The hotel is tall and you can see the sign far away, but it's better to play it safe. Business cards at the reception. I was very afraid that there would be a lot of animals in the rooms. But no one was ever seen. I rate the hotel as excellent! Have a good rest! Vietnam is a fabulous paradise!
