The biggest deception: the "3-star SPA Hotel" is a dirty, unstaffed hostel. No spa, no restaurant (they store dirty laundry there), and the beach is 20 minutes away.
Why it's unbearable:
Completely unsanitary. No cleaning service or change of stinking towels for a week. The shower smells of sewage, and there's no hot water. There are trash bags on the floors (photos included).
The manager is rude (there's only one for the entire hotel, and only speaks Vietnamese). To any complaints (dirt, no Wi-Fi), he replies, "Move to another hotel" and "Buy a SIM card. " He drinks with friends in the lobby at night.
Everything is broken. The electronic locks don't open (guests wait 30 minutes). The Wi-Fi doesn't even work for calls. The audibility is absolute.
The car wash outside our windows is terrifying in the morning.
Result: We fled. I strongly recommend this place to families, couples, or anyone who values cleanliness and human touch. This is the worst experience of my life. Don't be fooled by the low price—it's a trap!
