I am not a fan of pomposity, but in any case I can say that the hotel is very worthy. We arrived early in the morning (at 5-6 o'clock) and it was a very long wait before check-in. Pretty tossed with the children, we went to the reception with a request to check us in early, for which we were temporarily provided with a room so that we could take a break from the road. At 13-00 we were already settled in our rooms on the 5th floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always trying to solve the problem. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, clean to the conscience. The only negative is that the room was for three, and towels and mugs were always put for two.
Breakfasts are varied, tasty, specific of course, but you could always choose what to eat.
I did not like only one moment, upon arrival we were not allowed to have breakfast, they gave coupons only the next day. I think these are such trifles, in Turkey everywhere upon arrival they are already allowed to eat and enjoy the benefits of the hotel before settling, but not here! As a result, we were hungry, from the road, with two whining children, we went to look for where to eat, but at 7 in the morning all the cafes were closed, and we returned to the hotel with nothing. As a result, we went to the hotel restaurant and agreed with the security to have breakfast for $30. This is the main disadvantage and advice to hotels in Vietnam. After all, anyway, a lot of food remains after breakfast, is it really a pity to feed a couple of families who arrive at the hotel that day ...these are just specific shortcomings ...
The beach at the hotel is good, there were enough sunbeds for everyone and always. The descent is smooth, the water is a little cloudy, sometimes plankton bites. The adults had nothing from the bites, but the child had red spots on the body.
The territory of the hotel is very well-groomed, there are two swimming pools with fish. In one, small fish, and in the second, huge fish such as catfish, they did not understand what kind of breed it was. Children loved to look at them and feed them bread.
Also in a separate building there was a children's play complex and a gym, which the children also liked.
In general, the holiday was a success and did not want to leave home at all!
Separately, I want to note the work of the hotel guide Anex tour Evgenia Busovikova. We fell for her entreaties to go on excursions like small children! She sold us 3 excursions at once, assured us that these were wonderful excursions for families with children and we should take them, because everything is scheduled for a week in advance and we just might not have time later! When we asked her if we could return the tickets if someone suddenly gets sick (after all, you never know, the children are small), she replied: “No problem, we will decide!
And so it happened, my husband and I got sick in our company and decided to abandon the Exotic Islands tour. Having written to Evgenia that we want to return the money for the tour, they were refused, she, of course, retracted her words. I had to go to the hospital, having lost half a day, and provide her with official certificates. It was very annoying….
As a result, our grandmothers went on this excursion without us, and they said that there was simply nothing to do with children there. All day in the heat, on a boat it can easily blow through, and indeed the animator took children only from 4 years old. On the island where the foam party was, they burned garbage and there was nothing to breathe. A complete disappointment, but an adult ticket cost $ 117!
Evgenia also promised to send messages to WhatsApp about the time of departure on the eve of each excursion from 19:00 to 20:00, but she never sent one. Each time I had to write to myself and find out.
The desire of guides to earn their percentage at any cost is simply amazing! We trusted Anex tour as a large reliable company...You have to be extremely careful with the guides, they speak so beautifully and speak their teeth!
Next time, in principle, we will take tours on the street the day before the trip.
