Went with my mom last year. At the reception, the staff is very attentive and polite - when they found out that my mother had asthma and it was difficult for her to go up to the fifth floor where we had booked a room, they offered to move it lower. I didn’t see mosquitoes, although the windows were left open for the day. Maybe their tourists with an evil review killed everyone? Swimming trunks and towels were dried in the corridor, there is a metal dryer. At the reception they offer a lot of excursions for which they pick up directly from the hotel. I didn’t communicate with the maids, I can’t say anything special about them. . It’s a bit far to go from the stop and not all locals know about it, and not all the locals had to look for a hotel. But the hotel itself offers taxi services. We really enjoyed our vacation!
