I can safely stake this hotel. Everything is beautiful in the photo when booking a hotel, but when we arrived and settled in, here we realized how we were screwed up, everything was broken inside: there were no handles on the refrigerator and wardrobe, the toilet was washed off only the second time, the TV remote control was broken, and when we said about this, they looked at us with such a face as if we had done it, in the 3-bed room there were only 2 blankets, when asked to give us a third blanket, they answered that they didn’t have it, but then they still gave it when we started to express dissatisfaction, in the room there is no plate for fruit and they also do not have a kettle. My husband got sick, we ran to friends for boiling water, they lived across the road on the opposite side, but there the hostess really cursed us with foul language. In the Venus Hotel, the hostess will look at you as if you owe her a million if suddenly friends come to you to call you to the sea or to a cafe, she is not very hospitable and does not like that someone else enters the hotel, even for the fact that I would just call you, but you will feel this attitude somewhere on the fifth day. That year they rested in Gagra, everything was fine this year, the Abkhazians seem to have been replaced, a rude attitude, prices are simply overpriced to the limit, in general, they snickered in one word. We decided not to go there anymore, how much money we left there, we could have a good rest abroad. Well, of course, if all the same someday we are going to go there, it’s definitely not to Gagra or Sukhumi, but somewhere higher up in the mountains to a small village, where the people have not snickered and behave more modestly.
