We are from Voronezh. We rested with the family in the velvet season. We really liked it. Amazing nature, warm sea with clear water at the very doorstep. A varied, high-calorie, deliciously prepared buffet creates an atmosphere of peace of mind and enjoyment. Well, life... ? Life will improve. The administration of the boarding house is trying its best to do this. There will be carpets and rugs in the corridors and in each room. There will be refrigerators, TVs, too, the territory is being improved. The twenty-year blockade left a negative imprint on the economy of Abkhazia. The famous health resorts of our common former country were in the most difficult condition. Time is changing for the better, the independent republic is reviving, gaining strength, the created external and internal conditions are working for it. Its main strength is the kind, hospitable, respectful, affable people. Good to you, well-being and prosperity of Abkhazia!

In the system of recreation for people traveling to Abkhazia, not everything is good. The bottleneck in the truest sense of the word is the border and its passage. After many hours of standing in line under the pouring sun, people get nervous, become irritable, and say a lot of unflattering words about politicians. An involuntary question arises: Who needs it? Only not for the peoples of Abkhazia and Russia. And yet, walking along the streets of Gagra, Pitsunda, you can see with the naked eye that the resort base of the republic is not used to its full potential. Many Russians go on vacation to Turkey, Egypt, replenishing the budget of these countries. What for ? Everything is close here. The leaders of Russia and Abkhazia need to think about this and make the resort base more attractive and accessible to the common people.
