Rested at the hotel from 5 to 15 August. Terrible hotel! To begin with, we booked a room back in May, and when we arrived there, we were delighted with the news that there were no available rooms. We were offered to live for 4 days, first in one room, then in another. Naturally, we were against....the issue was resolved for about 40 minutes, during which time I decided to read the book of reviews... after reading it, I wanted to rake things and run away from there, the reviews were only negative. And the issue was all resolved....we already began to demand a conversation personally with the director of the hotel... finally the administrator got through to her (the director turned out to be a woman) and gave us the phone. Here we did not hold back and said everything we think....we were immediately found a free room. The room is good, everything that was promised - everything was there. The only thing that was terrible was the bed linen, which was once white.... And now for the highlight of the hotel - the cleaners come when they want.... and it doesn't matter if you're at home or not, they open the door with their key.... at first it was unusual, and then they became like family to us) You sleep spread out like a star or sit in the toilet... and then she appears - already practically a member of your family... Administrators have never been in place, all the time I had to wait for them to give / pick up the key. The hotel area seems to be guarded, a lot of guards, but anyone could easily enter the territory and even go to the hotel.
Nutrition. Every day the same thing. . . very annoying. Let it be cooked deliciously, but it is impossible to eat a sandwich with boiled sausage and boiled sausages for 10 days for breakfast, and for dinner - the same fried meat, vegetable stew and a couple of salads. A couple of times they gave watermelon and unripe nectarines. No local fruits, juices, sweet pastries. . .
The beach is actually close. . . and you actually have to walk through a pine grove.... but you have to manage not to get into cow and horse cakes. They are everywhere!!!! ! Apparently, they didn’t hear about lanterns in Pitsunda... in the evening you walk in pitch darkness and hope - what if you get lucky and don’t step on a local surprise. In the city, in the reserve, on the alley....cows and horses in Pitsunda roam freely wherever they want. There were waves on the sea every day and I had to go to the central beach, which is located in the bay... where the sea is very clean and always calm. We saw dolphins there every day.

Akhovskie prices . . watermelon - 20 rubles per kg, grapes - 100 rubles, peaches - 80, tomatoes - 80, etc. All cafes have the same prices... and also exorbitant. And I had to go to the cafe, since dinner was promised to us from 18 to 20 hours, but then all the vacationers were divided into 2 groups - some ate from 18 to 19 hours, others from 19 to 20 hours.
I was dissatisfied with the rest... I would never have thought that in our time there could be such a service, or rather its absence. I do not advise anyone to rest in Abazgia.
