I rested in the Literary Fund with my son (three years old) in July 2008.
I liked it, there are pluses and minuses, there are more pluses.
Meals: buffet, if you don’t get tired of coming for 10 days, if more, then it’s better to pay extra 220 rubles per person per day and go to the luxury hall. In the luxury hall: coffee is brewed in the morning, wine is served in the afternoon, fruits - peaches, in the usual fruits - apples, plums, cherries. The meat in the usual hall is mostly semi-finished products.
Entertainment in the form of animation is decent, I liked the adult animation more, for children animation for 5-8 years, the rest are not interested. Once, instead of adult animation, an Abkhazian ensemble performed, super!!!

Accommodation as in the photographs, I was satisfied with the room, good solid plumbing, I lived in an ordinary building, and in a family and in a new one it is even better, but also more expensive. I had a single room in which there was a bed and a sofa, I only bought food for the child and took bed linen with me for him. Take a raptor just in case, because. who lived on the lower floors complained about some mosquitoes, I lived on the 8th floor. There is a children's room, when I was resting it was nothing, but now they have opened a new good one.
I liked the beach, sometimes the sea is dirty when the river is drained, but it is very large and you don’t run into bodies in the sea.
There is one small shop on the territory of the boarding house, so it is better to take what you need with you, rather than hoping to buy it on the spot. Taxi to Pitsunda market 200 rubles round trip. There is a bus from the boarding house 40 rubles round trip. From the boarding house Pitius every day and 20 rubles round trip.
Beware of air conditioners and drafts, you can only catch a cold this way.
Every day from the boarding house at 15.00 there is a bus to Gagra, to the hospital.
In the nearby boarding house Pitius there are deer and a bear, every day I went there with my son and fed the deer, the child squealed with delight.
Be sure to visit the cafe "Komarik".
