Отвратительно!!! не советуем! Disgusting!!! do not recommend!

We rested at the Vodopad boarding house in New Athos in August 2016 from 08/05-14/16 and were wildly disappointed... They changed the room three times upon check-in (Although we were told at the reception that they had just prepared a room for us !! ) t . to dirt (and not dirt!!! ) in every room!! ! We were greeted by: dead flies, spiders, forgotten children's baseball caps, and, just mold in the toilet (!?! ! HOW? ) I do not focus on the layer of dust everywhere and dirty bedding! And the rudeness of the staff is a separate chapter! A cleaning lady came to us and impudently declared that we were distracting her from tea drinking!! ! And what will she clean up when she finishes... and you, they say, while you go, take a walk !! ! It took us 5 hours to get to New Athos and it was clearly not to our liking to hear such speeches! As a result: for a week of stay, they came to us to clean 1 time, towels were changed 1 time and that's it...
The tour operator swore to us by all the sacred Gods that the hotel had a buffet! - SO THAT IS IT!! ! There is no buffet there, don’t even count, it’s an ordinary dining room, but the food is delicious! The chefs were the friendliest of all the staff.
We decided that we will not return to this place again and will not advise anyone either. Prices go off scale, service is 0. No hospitality. Abkhazians became embittered and unfriendly. The impression remained negative. Think before you go to this hotel.
