I don’t even say that the carpet has not been cleaned for two months, these are trifles. Service in the restaurant for breakfast is a Soviet canteen at lunchtime. The hall is small for so many people. There are not enough tables and they are very close to each other. Everyone stands with plates and waits for a place to be vacated. You have to take a table with dirty dishes. Waiters don't clean up. Wipe tables with wet rags or sponges. Tables are dirty and sticky. Moreover, this situation is from 9 to 10.30. And is this a 4* hotel? I think it's a shame for such a country. And next to it is another hall of the restaurant in which there are very few visitors at any time. Repeatedly, at the reception desk, they heard "showdowns". Administrators Alla and Oksana are two pursed lips. And I've read good reviews about them. We saw that people were sitting with suitcases in the lobby for several hours. There were no available rooms. Speaking of the hall. The sofas that stand in the hall are all in some kind of stains. It's uncomfortable to sit on them. There are crumbs on the tables. Impression of the hotel brrr....... unpleasant. Normal people do not recommend this hotel.
