Little to add to sergoutback's thorough review. . .
I rested in this hotel with my wife from 04/05/11 to 04/19/11 - the impressions of the hotel are ONLY positive, everything is at a good level, the malfunctions were fixed immediately (the lamp burned out, the TV set did not show well, etc. ), they cleaned every day - BUT so-so - they didn’t vacuum, they didn’t wipe the dust, well, this is tolerable; we didn’t have bathrobes in the room (you have to ask at the reception); the breakfast is good, quite varied, sometimes we went to cafes for lunch - nearby Caspian, portions are such that 4 people are enough, 60-80 dirhams, dinner anywhere - the prices are the same! The best fresh in the Indian cafe "Food & drink" - for 12 AED about 0.5 l of AWESOME fresh! The assortment of fresh is the widest!
To Jumeirah Beach 3 by taxi about 30 AED, we went with Muscovites Vika and Sasha (HELLO GUYS !!! ), to Dubai Mall - by metro. Emirates Mall - nearby on foot, there will be a cafe "Food & drink" along the way. I advise you to wander around Dubai Marina in the evening (by metro) - there is something to see and a lot of cafes on the street right!

Well, some notes:
1. It's bad that there are no Russian TV channels.
2. There is no free WI-FI in the hotel, 14 AED per day.
3. DO NOT LEAVE MONEY IN THE ROOM! may fall!
4. Our guide from Travco was seen 1 time in 6 minutes - well, thank God!
