The hotel is actually 4 * (a sign at the entrance testifies to this). Pros: 1. proximity to the metro - the hotel is located directly opposite the Sharaf DG station. 2. Spacious rooms, good cleaning. 3. Shampoos, soap, even some creams and disposable razors are put in the bathroom, there is a bathrobe, slippers, etc. 4. Especially pleased that the room has an ironing board and iron. 5. Safe - free of charge, tea and coffee - free of charge, everything in the refrigerator - for a fee. 6. On the last floor there is a gym and saunas - free of charge. 7. The rooftop pool is very modest. 8. There is a transfer to the beach at 9.00 in the morning, they are taken back at 12.30 (except Monday, on Monday women's day is on this beach). They take you to the paid Jumeirah Beach Park. Entrance - 5 dirhams, sun lounger - 15, umbrella - 10. You must sign up for a transfer in advance (on the previous day) at the reception.
What I didn't like: 1. the area itself is concrete and desert, there is no greenery at all, in other areas there is landscaping, and this one is new, so it's bare. 2. Breakfast is a normal buffet - a lot of everything, but to be honest, not very tasty. 3. Dubai is a big construction site, no matter where you are. That's why I didn't like it either. 4. Internet in the hotel - paid.
As a conclusion: the hotel is quite worthy for the little money that we paid.

And if anyone needs more information on Dubai, we traveled everywhere on our own: 1. The next metro station from the Mall of the Emirates hotel is a large shopping center, walking along the metro line for about 15 minutes. By the way, there is a normal exchange rate. 2. Near the hotel, just opposite the metro station, there is a very good and inexpensive restaurant Golden Fork (Golden Fork). Especially cool soup-puree with seafood (it is on the menu in the picture). 3. Beaches, in addition to the paid ones, which are taken from the hotel: Jumeirah Beach - free of charge near Burj Arab (the famous Sail), by taxi 15 minutes and 11-15 dirhams; Marina Beach - free (to Dubai Marina metro station, then taxi 10 minutes or on foot). Since the beaches are free, there are accordingly no changing rooms, showers, toilets, awnings, sun loungers, etc. But the beaches themselves are beautiful. 4. Taxis in Dubai are quite inexpensive, they work according to the meter, the main thing is not to get stuck in a traffic jam, they are there. 5. There are three water parks in Dubai. We were in Wild Wadi. Closest to the hotel, 15 min. by taxi, next to Burj Arab. Entrance - 205 dirhams. At the bottom of the hotel, on the counter, there were flyers with a discount of 30 dirhams. So look! I liked the water park, small but interesting. 6. To the left of the Burj Arab (when looking at the sea) - Medinat Jumeirah - a beautiful town in terms of architecture, where there is a market, shops, restaurants and two five-star hotels (they are not allowed into their territory). There are canals and boat rides. A very pleasant place. 7. Dubai Mall Burj Khalifa metro station is the most famous Dubai shopping center. There is also the largest aquarium in the world. Entrance - 50 dirhams (this is if on two levels). The first level is the aquarium itself, the second is a small fish zoo on another floor, well, nice. There is a beautiful fountain-waterfall in the mall. In the courtyard of the mall in the evening from 18.00 - singing fountains, every half an hour. The largest building in the world is the Burj Khalifa. 8. Several times we went to the city center - the Deira districts (on the other side of the Creek Bay) and the Bar district (on our side of the bay). It's nice to walk along the waterfront. If the area is Bar - then the subway can be Khalid Bin al Waleed. There are also markets and shops. The old district of Bastakia is pretty. 9. Gold Souk (Golden Souk) in Deira. There is also a spice market. The gold market did not impress us personally, but someone likes it. The gold here is yellow, without the addition of copper, as in Russian, i. e. the quality is higher, but gold cannot be called cheap. Since no matter how much you bargain, it's still decent.
Here is the guidebook. Have a nice holiday everyone!
