Since it was the first time abroad, there is nothing to compare with, so the impressions are extremely positive and enthusiastic. Pros of the hotel: location, good rooms (correspond to the photo). Cons: food (monotonous and not very tasty) and the so-called transfer to the beach (for which we were able to sign up only 1 time in 7 days). Why in a hotel with 312 rooms, the transfer is carried out by a hotel bus for 33 places only 2 times a day at 9 and 12 o'clock - we did not understand. We heard that in other hotels they take as many people to the beach as there are people who want...
On catering, thanks to previous reviews, there were no problems. Golden Fork is a really good place for an affordable price (for 100-130 AED you can eat 2 adults and 1 child) and very close to the hotel. The Caspian restaurant is a little further and for an amateur (Iranian cuisine). Indian Food & Drink has really awesome fresh juices (10-12 AED).
I won’t write much about Dubai itself - it must be seen. In a week we managed to: see Dubai on our own by taxi and metro (fountains, Dubai Marina, Nasser Square, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall, climbed Burj Khalifa), go on a safari (this is something with something, full of extreme) and in Abu Dhabi (I definitely advise everyone, incredible luxury). In the metro, it is better to take a travel card for 1 day - 16 AED. and ride for fun. Separately for stations - it will be more expensive. Taking a taxi is fun and convenient, but not so cheap either. Payment according to the meter depending on fuel consumption (i. e. we stand in a traffic jam - and pay).

For everything else, we will definitely go again, but probably to another hotel (not because we didn’t like it, but in order to have something to compare, because the hotel is very personal for its price). The country is unique - go without hesitation!! !
