The hotel is a solid 4 stars, and when compared with Turkey-Egypt, then all five! The view from the window was on the "Sail", beautiful, but noisy (near the Sheikh Zayed Road).
At the expense of cleaning, I personally had no complaints, except for one thing: when we entered the room, it was not cleaned on the balcony, and it remained until departure. Not critical of course, but you understand that the staff is not particularly tense. It is better to announce any discrepancies with cleaning, changing towels and linen at the reception - they are eliminated instantly. The staff does not speak Russian.
Breakfasts are described below - I will not repeat.
The transfer to the beach was free, but by appointment 2-3 times a day. It's on Jumeirah. There the beach is paid - the entrance is 5 dirhams per person.
We went to the beach in Dubai Marina (37th metro station) - it's free there.
Sharakh DiGi metro station is a 2-minute walk (very convenient), Emirates Mall is a 10-minute walk. We always walked.
Excursions were taken: a sightseeing tour of Dubai (historical) + to Oman to the Indian Ocean. Both liked it.
