The hotel is good, but 4 stars is out of the question. We took a standard room. The view from the dirty windows is on the neighboring wall of the same building (the building goes in a circle). The room did not work 2 lamps, hair dryer, 2 sockets, kettle and refrigerator. After the second reminder, an electrician was sent, who after half an hour of work fixed everything, and the non-working appliances were replaced with new ones on the same day. Garbage from the work of an electrician lazily disappeared from the carpet for several days. In the bathroom, accessories were changed daily (a toothbrush, ear sticks, a disposable razor, needle threads, shampoo, cream lotion, a comb, soap), though not a complete set, otherwise they would forget to put one, then another - savings. Breakfast is good, but, as it was written in other reviews, monotonous. You can note very tasty yogurt, fruits, juices. The staff is responsive - if you ask to bring something, they immediately fulfill it. One or two taxis are on duty at the hotel almost all the time, you rarely have to wait or look for a taxi. Spacious room, good beds, clean sheets. Hotel location: in terms of getting to the sights - not bad, both by metro and taxi - sail hotel, burj khalifa, dubai pier, ibn batutta pier, atlantis hotel, medinat jumeirah, safa park - within 30 dirhams by taxi; in terms of shops - there is a minimarket right opposite the entrance, but if you walk around the perimeter of the quarter where this minimarket is located, you can find a better store - Almaya, there is a lot more choice. In general, the hotel area is painfully empty - no interesting shops, no place where you can take a walk (no park, not even a small square). And the last thing - there is an atelier next to the minimarket - if you want to hem or sew something in - think a hundred times - long, expensive and of poor quality.
