I went to Dubai for the first time, so I studied a lot of information, reviews on the Internet on different sites, and last but not least, the decision to choose this hotel was influenced by the reviews on this site. Therefore, I decided to take the time to write my review, I hope it will help those who decide to stay at this hotel.
The hotel is located in the al barsha area - this is a new area, there are many construction sites, greenery in the area, there are no walking areas, you need to go everywhere either by metro or by taxi. You can walk in the evening only in the Emirates Mall, which is a 10-minute walk. A big plus of the hotel is the metro opposite, 100 meters and many cafes nearby where you can eat cheaply, in front of the hotel there is a small supermarket where you can buy everything you need more or less, you can buy an adapter in it - it costs 5 dirhams. I am writing about this because I'm having trouble getting the adapter. They brought him to the room only on sl. day after my 3 calls to the reception in all languages. During this time, the phone was discharged and a certain amount of nerves were spent. If I knew that the problem is so easily solved, I went out in front of the hotel, spent 5 dirhams and that's it!
At the reception there is only one normal person who helps in solving problems, and there are a lot of them in the hotel - this is Alla. I was alone with my son 25 years old, we were given a room with one bed. With all my love for my son, I can't sleep in the same bed with him. It was very difficult to achieve relocation to a room with two beds, it was Alla who helped.

The hotel has 2 types of rooms - one overlooks the open space, others into a narrow well, the windows are opposite each other at a distance of 20 meters. The rooms are large, which is good, but the floor is carpeted, which in all 10 days of our stay was never vacuumed. I dried my hair in the hallway on the first day, the hair lay in the same place until the last day. But the rest of the room was cleaned, towels were changed, soaps and shampoos were added. The minibar fridge did not cool anything, it just blew some air. Ask the same Alla at the reception so that the contents of the minibar are immediately removed. All the same, everything is warm, but there will be no way to attribute to you something that you did not drink.
The biggest problem of the hotel is the transfer to the beach and also the remoteness of well-maintained beaches from the hotel.
There is a round-trip bus to the beach at 8.30-11.30, 9.30-12.30, 10.30-13.30 33 people are placed on the bus. It is necessary to sign up the day before the departure of the bus, everything is nervous and chaotic, at what time the lists will be given and for what time you can sign up, it is not clear. So if you want to save your nerves and time, take extra money for a taxi. The nearest beach without umbrellas and a shower near the Burj Arab hotel is the well-known Sail-15-20 AED, 10min. one way. Jumeirah Beach Park (where the hotel transfer takes) approx. 40 AED and 25-30 min drive. You can also go to the beach in Dubai Marina - I didn’t go, I don’t know the prices, the beach is without umbrellas and a shower.
Plus, the hotel has a good pool on the roof, there is a jacuzzi in the same place, a sauna and a gym for free from 9.00 to 11.00.
I only had breakfast, the usual nothing bad or good I can not say. There were a lot of people in the hotel, it was a big problem to sit down at a clean table, she came at different times, sat down at the table all the time with uncleaned plates and waited for them to clean and serve.
I hope my review will help to adequately assess the hotel and make the right choice.
