The problem we faced was that we were not properly booked a room, instead of one double bed, there were two single beds. We were moved to another room only after 2 days, as the hotel was full. But this mistake was made in Kyiv, this is not the fault of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was fine. Everything in the hotel is new and beautiful.

From the food there were only breakfasts, we liked them: delicious coffee, tasty and sweet fruits. There is nothing outside the hotel, since a whole area is being built there, I think in a couple of years, when the construction is completed, it will be good there. From the first room, you could see the construction site from the window and hear the noise, which was not very comfortable. From the second room, where we were later moved, we no longer saw or heard the construction site, the windows faced the other side. The location is otherwise good as it is close to the metro. The hotel does not have a territory, there was a swimming pool on the roof. Regarding the beach, we were there once, as the transfer to the beach is once a day. They bring it in once, then they pick it up once, and that's it. The hotel is urban, we knew about it. There are no comments on the work of the staff, everything was fine. The hotel is good, if you do not take into account that there is construction around.

The location is great, the hotel is close to the metro. The food is just super, for all 5+ (according to a 5-point system). Service at the highest level. The hotel is not for vacationers, but for those who come here for work. The hotel has a roof top pool but it is small. Who went to work, then everything is calm, pleasant environment.
