We rested in a big campaign, five adults and a child of 4 years. The hotel was located in three rooms at once. But in general, we all had negative impressions about the hotel.
1. About the hotel. The rooms in the main building are almost all not suitable for a comfortable stay. On the one hand, a very noisy construction site with daily clouds of dust and the noise of cranes. On the other side is the road and the main entrance, where taxi drivers and cars that love to honk so much (and at night too) come together. The rooms are dirty (the carpet was in someone's hair, the floors were not wiped well, the number slippers were black)), the curtains with holes were sewn up several times, the door to the balcony did not work. And at the beginning we were settled in a room where it smelled of sewerage.

At the reception there is always a queue of people eager to solve current problems. I have not seen this in any hotel in the world.
The entire staff of the hotel is behaving to put it mildly is not correct. The reception ignores requests (I asked twice to put us three sets of towels (because we are with a child), I had to ask twice to fix the door to the balcony (and we lived on the first floor with access to the lawn), Andrada checked us out when we met from the airport and when we checked out (unpleasant girl, rude) In the restaurant, all the drinks are brought by the waiters, but they don’t come to the tables themselves, they don’t take away the plates, they forget to give the bill, they give tea mugs without spoons and saucers, they can forget about the order, and once we were charged too much on the bill (the husband didn’t notice right away, signed, and then it was too late to prove something, check the bill! ). No housekeeping (and tips didn’t help either), dirty, they can not clean the room at all for two days in a row, although even included a "remove the number" button.
Discomfort in trifles: you go into the shower, but they didn’t put shampoo and gel, you get out of the shower, they took all the towels, but forgot to bring fresh ones. Either they don’t put water, then they don’t put coffee. They could not put hand towels for five days, if you want, go swear, but it won’t help, it’s checked))
We checked in at 18:00, time 22:00, and our suitcases were never brought to the room. The husband went to understand, in the end he brought it. When checking out, the hotel "forgets" to put a letter from the tour operator what time the departure, but nicely offers to take a paid taxi from them (about 3000 rubles). Check the bill for the room in advance (they attribute someone else's expenses, they can charge for the mini bar, even if they didn't use it. They removed everything superfluous from all three rooms, but it's better not to do it on the day of check-out). Work with the staff, it does not fit into any framework. Of the employees, I can only mention Margarita at the reception, a girl who meets in a restaurant and young people in a hookah.

Nutrition. Rated 3 points. You will not remain hungry, but you will not get pleasure from any dish. The appearance often resembles porridge, a lot of non-edible products (green tomatoes, melons, pineapples), underdone pancakes, pizza with broccoli and cucumber, stinky lamb, often tough or salted beef, boiled pasta, oak squid, etc. Let food there will not be much, but make it tasty and of high quality.
3. Sea and beach. This is what made our holiday very enjoyable. A beautiful and clean beach, enough sunbeds and umbrellas, clean and warm sea, large coastline, complete absence of waves. At the entrance to the sea there is a broken shell rock, which hurts the sea a little, but everything heals well in salt water, take Baneocin or special slippers with you.
4. Weather in May. + 37-44 degrees in the shade, but on a beach holiday, these temperatures are very easily tolerated. Children and parents felt good.
5. Construction.
I will make this point a separate paragraph. There is daily construction here. With noise, dust clouds, drilling and tapping. They hammer right from the very morning, KAMAZ trucks drive, two cranes work at once. I knew there was a construction site nearby, but I didn't expect it to be so close.

It was an interesting and negative experience staying at the Hilton hotel chain. I want you to really appreciate the value for money (to worry and sort out the little things almost daily, do you need it? ). Perhaps the manager of the hotel will read my review and take measures to ensure a decent rest for tourists. In the meantime, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. You expect hospitality and quality from the global Hilton chain, but you get a dusty construction site, impolite staff and terrible service.
