They immediately sent us to have breakfast, which we were very happy about, while we were having breakfast, they found a room for us and checked us in right away. The room consisted of two large rooms. Each room has its own bathroom. Three beds and a bunch of all kinds of furniture: armchairs, chairs, tables, etc. Also in the room were: Kettle, tea, sugar, two glasses, two mugs, three shower sets (shampoo, gel, lotion, razor, cap)) , IRON, ironing board! Two hair dryers respectively in different baths. Safe. TV, of course. which we never turned on. Two refrigerators. The hood worked constantly, we set the air conditioner ourselves as it was convenient for us, including when we left the room. Bottled water daily, 0.5 liters per person. Towels for the beach, on excursions, in the pool without any problems.
The beach is 500 meters from the hotel across the road without a pedestrian crossing!!
The staff is friendly and responsive.
MINUSES:
1. Mold in the bathroom
2. In one of the bathrooms, water constantly flowed onto the floor after taking a shower, as a result of which there was almost always a puddle on the floor.
3. Noise from the road both day and night.
4. Poor room cleaning. In my opinion, it only consisted of making the bed and changing the towels and reporting the soapy ones. Well, maybe the floor was swept, but it certainly wasn’t washed.
PROS:
1. The food, although quite monotonous, is tasty. We definitely weren’t hungry and my daughter enjoyed going to the restaurant to eat. We took breakfast, lunch and dinner and never regretted it!
2. Quiet, calm, one might say cozy hotel.
3. Good staff, the woman speaks and understands Russian.

The hotel is cool and the location is good, the sea is not far at all, or rather the city beach of Al Khan. The number of rooms pleased, all the necessary equipment, a decent type of plumbing, comfortable furniture. There was a free safe in the room! We liked the breakfast at the hotel. The rest of the time they ate where they were at the moment. Most often it was the center of the city. There is a bus from the hotel. There are shopping centers, and parks, and singing fountains, there is where to walk and what to see. They also carry to Dubai, we went once ourselves, and another one with a tour.

But the air conditioner in the room really saved the situation, and in general, I love the heat, the sun and the sea! Lived on the 4th floor in a room for smokers, there are non-smokers. The room had a kitchenette, drink tea, warm up seafood from the supermarket, seagulls, no problem. there are no balconies in the rooms, but the windows open, it pleased, things were where to dry. there is a swimming pool on the roof, but we preferred the sea, especially since it is very close! Near the hotel there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, not far from the Oceanarium. A little further along the coastline, in the Al Seeif hotel, there is a Russian-Tatar restaurant Kazan, the institution is in demand among Russian tourists, so they didn’t bypass it, all the more, they feed awesome there. From the hotel it is possible to go to the center, and there is also a bus to Dubai. On the first floor in the lobby is the Shan Tours stand, the manager is Russian-speaking, the excursions are not expensive and interesting. Many dissuaded us from a trip to the Emirates in the summer, but we did not listen and did not regret it in the end!

The hotel was chosen based on online reviews. Vacationing with my husband. In the room I liked everything, in principle, if you do not find fault. The service staff is polite. In the room I liked everything, in principle, if you do not find fault. The service staff is polite. A place for feeding vacationers is organized right there in the hall at the entrance. The room, most likely where the restaurant used to be, is being renovated. We thought that the feeding (you can’t call it otherwise) organized in the hall is temporary, but the premises are being renovated for a supermarket. Food is not cooked at the hotel, but brought and heated, so there is no food from the heat of the heat. Apart from watermelons, there were no fruits. Sometimes at lunch, instead of a buffet, they just tried to bring food from somewhere, but we postponed lunch for dinner. Everything would be fine, you can live and eat, but given that the hotel is renovated and the food is imported, the price does not match the declared one. There are few people in the hotel, the rooms are empty. But in general, the Emirates liked. It's worth staying there.

We flew with Fly Dubai, without delay, without food, without water, they offered to drink a pill with water for 2 USD. (When we flew out of Dubai, water and scotch were not seized from hand luggage.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, we were immediately sent for breakfast, although we were not supposed to, for this many thanks to the staff. The "restaurant" is located right in the lobby of the hotel. We took only breakfast, it was enough for us. The variety of food is not special, but we didn’t get bored in 10 days. There was a kettle in the room, 2 bottles of water, sugar and tea/coffee bags replenished daily. Additionally, water could be collected in the cooler without problems.
We asked for a room in a quiet location and they gave it to us right away. The room is large enough, on the 4th floor. The beds are separate - we moved them. The TV is large, with a dozen channels in Russian.
In our room, the carpet was clean, but I heard from other vacationers that they were not very good. The window, as in most rooms, was small in the corner. Yes, there is not much light, but there are two large chandeliers on the ceiling - we had enough. There was no balcony. Clothes were dried in the bathroom. In the closet, when opened, the light turned on. If you need a room that is lighter and with a large window, then these are the rooms that face the facade of the building, and, accordingly, the road, and it is noisy there.
Shampoos, gels, cream, toothbrushes, machine tools, soap - replenished almost daily.
On the ground floor, behind the reception, there is a playground-type mat. There are also toilets on each floor. Adapters for sockets were not needed. Wifi worked well in the room. Towels were issued at the reception against signature once a day.
The pool is on the roof, there were not many vacationers near it. There are tables with umbrellas, but during the wind they are not allowed to open, and there is nowhere to hide. Also on the roof there is a shower, toilet and sauna, separate for men and women. My husband said that they always had a heated sauna, and the women's sauna was always turned off. I saw that women with husbands went into the men's room.
The main criterion for choosing a hotel for us was the first line or walking distance to the beach. We walked 7 minutes from this hotel to the beach. We need to cross 3 roads, but we overcame them very quickly. The beach is public, free, there are no sunbeds and umbrellas, and there is a shower, toilet and changing rooms only at the end of the beach (we never got there). It was windy for three days and people were only allowed to enter the water up to their knees. . . And there were constant low tides, so we didn't manage to swim much in the bay. On Friday, I don’t advise you to go to the beach - there are mostly locals, naturally they look at white people, they try to touch them in the water, there is noise around, the police ride in a jeep, they check something, drive them out - the pleasure there is very doubtful. It is better to take an excursion for this day or spend it by the pool.
You can also visit the paid beach of the Carlton Hotel, the entry price is 21 dirhams, you can also walk to it, only it is a little to the right from the road. But the guide did not advise us to go there, he said that there are a lot of tourists from that hotel and those who are brought.
Near the reception in the hotel there is a table with a representative of Shan Tour. We took excursions there. We visited Abu Dhabi (from 10.00 to 21.00), we really liked the mosque there, and everything was also informative. Thanks to the guide, it was very interesting to tell everything. Lunch with drinks included in the price of the tour. The museum and the Oceanarium are within walking distance - if you go towards the beach, they are a little to the left in the flowerbed. Free shuttle buses run from the hotel to the malls and Dubai. In the evening you can walk along the embankment, look at the 100-meter fountain and the dancing fountains - it's beautiful. Nearby there are two large supermarkets Cooperator - in different places. Those nearby are small shops, more expensive and with a small selection of goods.
Souvenirs were bought in the Red Store and in the store "From 1 to 10", the choice of everything is huge.
We were satisfied with our stay and the hotel. Once again I was convinced that the Emirates is an oriental fairy tale, which I want to return to again and again. And this fairy tale was presented to me by my beloved husband on the 10th anniversary of our acquaintance. Thanks, darling : -*. (Since Sharjah has a dry law, everything was taken to Duty Free for the celebration, and at the airport they were sent for inspection of suitcases selectively).

I want to save those who gathered with children in this hotel. Meals for children are not provided! Everyone wears the same porridge, eggs, pickled fruits! Yes, it is not easy for adults if you are not used to eating the same thing every day. Juice is only soluble, from which then traces from the face are not wiped off. Coffee is also instant, and not even freeze-dried (((with plastic teaspoons. Besides watermelon, they don’t give other fruits for dinner, only it every evening... and also chicken, don’t dream about fish, and beef too... you’re lucky if only in the form of minced meat (((in general, it would be an excellent 4 if it weren’t for food. And the eternal problem in the room with towels. There were other 4, which are many times better for THESE money !! ! So we don’t go to this hotel anymore foot(((

I rested in this hotel in March, I liked everything, the rooms are good, there is everything you need, cleaning every day, the staff is friendly, you can always agree, we took breakfast and dinner, but changed dinner for lunch 3 times. went on excursions. Excursions were purchased both from their operator and from representatives of chantur (representatives of this company are sitting in the lobby, a very nice girl Aliya works, everything tells you where and what is better) Regarding the food in general, it’s not bad, everyone was full, of course there is no variety, like in all-inclusive resorts, but you won’t stay hungry either, but the choice is small, there are few fruits, you can of course pay a little due attention to the administration. … More ▾ I rested in this hotel in March, I liked everything, the rooms are good, there is everything you need, cleaning every day, the staff is friendly, you can always agree, we took breakfast and dinner, but changed dinner for lunch 3 times. went on excursions.

We lived in a room with a window overlooking the main road, the first days were somehow strained by the endless noise of cars, but then we came from walks and fell down so that they stopped paying attention to the noise.
The beach is clean, walk 5 minutes
Also a nice touch was that some shops were provided with free shuttles from the hotel.
At the end of the review, I want to say who is traveling with a positive and with the goal of getting to know the country, culture, and not finding fault with trifles, and they can always be found if desired, but the hotel is a good choice. have a nice holiday everyone

We stayed at Al Bustan Hotel, this four-star hotel is located on the 2nd beach line. The room we got was just amazing, everything is new, very clean, all amenities, bright and spacious, the bathroom has everything you need in the bathroom)))), including clean towels. The hotel has a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel for guests, the view is gorgeous, since the hotel has eight floors! There is a gym and a lot of things for children, including a swimming pool. There is no beach of their own, they carry it for free to the Beach Hotel Sharjah beach, it is paid. But not far, 10 minutes walk, there is a free city beach. But do not think that this is a city beach like we have on the Black Sea, no, everything is well-groomed and clean, cleaning every day, the sea is crystal clear, everything is for people in one word. I won’t write about food at the hotel, because in this regard we are not whimsical, I can only say that we always remained full, everything was served fresh and tasty. And of course, excursions, in the UAE, without excursions, rest is not complete. We were on the survey in Dubai, I was very impressed with the well-groomed and beautiful city, the famous skyscrapers and the politeness of the residents. In Sharjah, they also booked a tour, a chic embankment here, the city itself with an interesting and rich history. To be honest, I did not want to leave at all, tears welled up at the airport. Next year we are planning to fly to the UAE again, only not for 8 days, but for a couple of weeks! But even after an eight-day rest, they flew home really rested and with a lot of good impressions.

By the way, a few words about the kitchen, I really liked it, they cook pretty well there, so you can safely have breakfast and lunch on the spot, I still prefer to dine in small restaurants. In addition to relaxing on the beach, we visited several excursions to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, the feeling that you find yourself in some kind of fairy tale, as if time stops, the impressions are amazing. By the way, special thanks to the agency for their good organization, I have something to compare with, everything here is at the highest level. An excellent air-conditioned bus, small groups, and a very knowledgeable guide complement the atmosphere of relaxation, and do not strain.

We had breakfast in the lobby of the hotel fenced off by plants. We dined, dined and met NG in the room. They took 3 excursions - Al Ain, a mountain oasis and a sightseeing tour of Sharjah - they refused the latter when they found out that it was only in the city, and not in the emirate. . . As a bonus, we received a free evening tour of Abu Dhabi. Taken from a representative of our travel agency. Everyone liked the tours, one remark - they were not warned about the dress code at the Zayed mosque - they paid 5 dollars. The location of the hotel is good for a relaxing holiday - walking distance to the beach, shop, cafe, aquarium and museum of the sea. Big bonus - beach towels - no need to dry in the room. We walked several times to the center, which is not comfortable, because there are no footpaths on the roads. We ourselves went to the Dubai Flower Park - the hotel's shuttle to Deira City Center, metro to Nur Bank, taxi. In general, I recommend for a relaxing holiday.
