This is a new hotel that is not very clean at this hotel. We did not know what kind of hotel we had a time limit, we had to leave on time and return on time. We had breakfast and dinner. There is a meat and fish supermarket where you can immediately buy and fry fish there. The sea is about 100 meters. I do not recommend this hotel. … More ▾ This is a new hotel that is not very clean at this hotel. We did not know what kind of hotel we had a time limit, we had to leave on time and return on time. The room was great, everything worked. The food was not very good at the hotel. For those who want to be close to the sea, you are here, who want to be close to the city - no. We went to the embankment, but it's far away. Near the hotel there is a supermarket and a restaurant Kazan, for those who take breakfast alone, you can eat a set lunch for 40 derhams. … More ▾ The room was great, everything worked. Second time in the UAE and again Evan Hotel. Found it with friends last year. The price is reasonable, the hotel itself is also quite decent. Quiet, calm, not even embarrassed by the location on the second line. In the neighboring hotel there is a Russian-Tatar restaurant, for whom food is not enough. Up the street at the Red Castle Hotel there is a co-op shop who loves to cook. … More ▾ Second time in the UAE and again Evan Hotel. Found it with friends last year. You can go to the beach to neighboring hotels for a fee, and to the city, but yes it takes 10-15 minutes on foot along the highway. The staff is still helpful. Rest is quite normal, considering that we walked more and more in the center or dangled in Dubai.

I will not paint for a long time what and how, only in essence. Upon arrival, they check in only from 13 to 14, this is if in the morning, so do not think that if you arrive early, they will immediately check you in, no, you will have to wait. Rooms are available for smokers and non-smokers. Ask for a view of the surroundings, otherwise they will give you a view of the highway and you will be noisy and dusty. … More ▾ I will not paint for a long time what and how, only in essence. Rooms are available for smokers and non-smokers. Ask for a view of the surroundings, otherwise they will give you a view of the highway and you will be noisy and dusty. The rooms are not vacuumed, because the carpet is very dusty. Fortunately, the windows in the rooms open, but then again. only good if it's a view of the neighborhood. The service at the hotel is good, but there are no Russian-speaking staff at all, which surprised me, because. Russian shaft.
The food is ok if it's breakfast. The rest of the time I do not know, we did not take lunches and dinners. Beaches across the road are paid. Free 15 minutes walk along the highway. There are no pedestrian crossings, be very careful! establishments in the area. If you go towards the Red Castle Hotel, it's at the exit of the hotel on the right, there is a supermarket, they call it a cooperative store (prices are normal). Near Mandi restaurant and shawarma. These are not catering establishments, but dirty cockroaches.
I can say the same about Sanobar, this is a fish restaurant near the free city beach Al Khan (go left after leaving their hotel). So in this fishery it’s generally dangerous, poisoning with seafood is life threatening! If you need to go to the center, try your luck on the shuttle bus, which collects people along the coastline from all hotels. There is not always a place there, there are no standing places on the bus. The same goes for the bus to Dubai.
Well, that's all I wanted to convey. In general, the rest is normal, if warned)

It was the first time in this hotel. The number of rooms is not rich, the hotel itself is not big. The room was quite decent. Everything you need was, what was not enough, brought at the first request. The carpets in the room are sloppy, this is a fact, and the cleaning is mediocre, but it doesn’t matter to us, to be honest. … More ▾ It was the first time in this hotel. The location is convenient, there are no complaints. The beach is within walking distance, there is a supermarket nearby. The food was very disappointing, only breakfast was taken. Stopped at local restaurants along the way from the beach. Of the establishments, as for our brother, I can recommend Kazan (Al Sif Hotel), there is Russian-Tatar cuisine. We went to other cafes and restaurants, but the cuisine is specific. Transfer to the center. Buses also run to Dubai. By the way. the hotel has very weak wi-fi, in the same Kazan it’s even better.

I chose this hotel because it seemed comfortable and good. But I got a room without windows, with an old air conditioner. In a hot country with such conditions it is impossible. Public beach with regular entry. I don't like this kind of entertainment program organized by the local population. The only thing I liked was the country. … More ▾ I chose this hotel because it seemed comfortable and good. But I got a room without windows, with an old air conditioner. We went to Kazan, a restaurant at the Al Sif hotel on the second coastline, just across the road from the beaches of Al Khaledia, which are within walking distance from the hotel. It's affordable and delicious, we've known this place for a long time. Getting to the city center is not a problem, even by bus, even by taxi.

Meals: quite normal breakfasts didn’t go hungry (buffet), but I didn’t like dinner, because there was no buffet, that is, they served us (there was no choice, what they gave you and eat). The biggest minus of the hotel is that the road passes and the noise does not subside at night either, for those who sleep lightly, you will fill up on the beach. To the beach 5 minutes to the public (towels were given for the beach). We were not embarrassed by the workers who came to swim and did not pester, as the tourists described. The sea was super, the police car patrolled periodically on the beach.

I came for work, but it turned out that I had a rest for half of the business trip. The hotel is cool with a large double bed in the room slept off. There was no light in the bathroom when I checked in. They fixed it quickly, but it was annoying. The beach is far away - so I spent more time in the hotel. The food is of course bad here, I ate only fruit. … More ▾ I came for work, but it turned out that I had a rest for half of the business trip. The beach is far away - so I spent more time in the hotel. The food is of course bad here, I ate only fruit. The rest of the kitchen did not like the specific. I was looking for something dearer and found the Kazan restaurant in the neighboring Al Sif hotel. Native food did not disappoint, everything is delicious. Tatar cuisine is also good. Dined there with a work partner. For business conversations, a normal place, although there are a lot of people. I can safely advise the hotel if you are not picky about food.

The weather in April was beautiful, during the day +40, water +25, clean and warm, we saw a lot of crabs, in general I really liked it in the UAE.
