In principle, I have no particular claims to the Accord-Tour company, the price of their vouchers corresponds to the quality. I didn’t like the fact that they remove reviews from tourists from their site (they could just correct the text). I went with this travel agency on the New Year's tour 2012 "Captured by Turkish Lights". Accompanying Anatoly did everything possible to spoil the mood for all of us and the whole trip as a whole. The drivers did not know the routes and it happened that they circled and circled, called someone and, as a result, arrived later than planned, there was no time left to either put themselves in order, or even have time to visit one or another optional program. →

Good day! I went with the Accord for the second time, and it was in Ukraine. The first time I went with the tour "Only miracles and nothing superfluous", this time - "Necklace of the Hutsul region". And last time, and this time - I was very satisfied! We were lucky with the weather, and the trip itself was great! The tour program, places of stay are very well thought out, in such a short period of time - 6 days - we managed to see so many interesting and exciting things, and also managed to enjoy the beauties of the Carpathians !!! I want to say a special word of gratitude to the leader of our group, Pani Kotilo Galina! This is really a rare soul - so benevolent, so positive, so responsive that you can’t even believe that in our time such people still exist. →

Accompanying groups are the most negative element of a tour operator! Prices for tours are affordable, hotels and everything else is good. It all depends on who you happen to go with, there are very good, responsible, organized, sociable, but such a rarity! The tour operator does not take part in the preparation of guides for a particular tour, so they really do not know anything about the country and keep quiet all the way, and at the end of the tour already begin to say something, because questionnaires should be distributed to tourists, and there reviews :) one tour immediately happens in another go, often do not know to the last where to go, what program. →

A sea of ​​positive emotions from the tour, I want to go! I do not understand how you can blame the tour operator for the duration of the border, it is different, you need to be prepared when buying a tour. If you have several countries on tour, it is already clear that it is a thousand kilometers on the road, force majeure is possible. . →

I bought the tour "Her name is Switzerland" from the company "Accord". Very interesting excursions were announced in the program, but this is only on paper. Immediately after leaving Lviv, the guide accompanying our group once again reported the content of the program, all excursions and cheerfully collected money. On the evening of the same day, we were late for 2 planned optional excursions in Zakopane, because we were already there after 10 pm, respectively, everything was already closed. →

Hello dear travelers! I decided to repost my review from the Accord Tour website, as I'm not sure that it will not be deleted. It is a pity that only after the trip I "thought" to look at the reviews about the company, otherwise my acquaintance with Europe would have been much brighter. So, first things first. We chose the tour "Amsterdam and Paris. →

We were going to go to Amsterdam for the May holidays. Bought a tour for 1.5 months. As a result, due to the large number of applications for May, we were refused in the last days before departure. The travel agency returned the money to us, for which we respect them, but we will remember the ruined birthday and vacation for a long time. And the promised "we will give you a discount of 20 euros if you still travel with us this year" will not make us travel with a chord tour anymore. →

A few days before the trip, I plunged into complete shock, as you can read in my other reviews. I uttered such a phrase that this is my first and last trip with the Accord. Perhaps this is so, but by no means because of the errors of the Accord. So, the visa, which we doubted, was given to us. Let and two hours before the departure of the train - but they gave it. →
