Good afternoon. Travel agency "delta travel" Kiev - KIDALY and RAZVODYAGI. Just returned from a bus tour of Slovakia - out of a group of 29 people, 10 people were dissatisfied with the quality of the tour.

1 Hotels below the stated 3 stars

2 Reduced program and duration of the tour without notifying tourists in advance

3 Overpriced tours

4 Rudeness of the guide Irina-baba habalka.

5 We returned back by reserved seat, although we paid for the coupe.

We wrote a complaint to the company and at the office and our travel agent wrote an official statement to the Delta, but they are freezing, saying that the tourists are happy with everything. Never work with this company!

And despite the fact that this was not part of our duties, we forced the guide to apologize to you! As for hotels - all this is a subjective opinion. I will not go to Bulgaria in every top five, as I know what service should be in good hotels. And I always recommend to tourists only those hotels that meet their star rating!!! And if the hotel is a garbage dump, I’ll say it straight out that it’s a garbage dump.

There were no problems with the hotel! We, thank Krashenka, chose the hotel ourselves and came only to pay for it, to which they began to warn us that there could be problems with it, because. she doesn’t have enough stars))) We didn’t have any problems with her, tk. everything that we could learn for her, we already knew and were not going to change our opinion. We were very lucky with the hotel))

As for the seats on the bus, this is just the responsibility of the travel agency that reserves the seats for us on the bus. assigns specific seats to specific passengers. These places cannot be changed (without the mutual consent of the passengers) either on the way to the country or on the way back!
The problem was precisely that no one was interested in anything, the money had already been paid, why solve problems with some places?!)))

Regarding the guide ... Let's start with the fact that at first all the "sides" were presented to us - we drank alcohol))) HAHAHAHAHA! It was a very "smart" move)) But even if we drank them, then what does the seat on the bus have to do with it ???
And the guide was forced to apologize not by you, but by us!!! After a very long and heated debate in the presence of a silent director)

guest747, You are categorically wrong. It is always clearly stated in the Travel Service Agreement that the agency is not responsible for the actions of the carrier. The agency does not seat passengers, we can only ask for certain seats, and, as I understand it, your seats suited you, it’s another matter that someone occupied them, but what can Passport Plus do, how to influence?
