We ordered a transfer from Kyiv (it costs 10 Euros), our accompanying guide was called Tatyana (a middle-aged woman). The first country in which we lived was Hungary, namely in Budapest at the Hotel Oriental 3 * hotel, the hotel was completely killed, repairs had not been done for 20 years, it was not possible to wash in the shower, the water did not drain, everything was dirty, rusty, in a word, complete complete unsanitary conditions . At breakfast it was not possible to eat anything AT ALL, everything was spoiled or not edible. We additionally took an excursion to Vienna (50 Euro per person). There is no tour, we did not visit either Schonbrunn and Belvedere, that is, we practically did not see Vienna. We spent the night in a hotel in Budapest for 2 nights, and then there was an early departure and we settled in a hotel in Montecatini H *** Delizia & Genovese, the hotel is not bad, neat neat. As for the tour - we were satisfied, but as for the accompanying guide - no. She practically knows nothing, everything she told us ended up being exactly the opposite.
Hello, I went on the Italian whim tour 17-23.07.2014 I had very good impressions, especially about the places where we were and the guides who introduced us to the cities. The only tour on the program is a visit to the Vatican, but if it were not for our perseverance, we would not have got there, because. there was a big queue, but the accompanying guide Tatyana didn’t worry about it at all in advance, I think that half of the group didn’t get to the Vatican. In general, I am satisfied with the trip. I would like to note the work of the accompanying guide, she could just be an escort, because it’s better for her not to comment on anything, the group in the end could not stand her illiteracy and at the end she waited for a comic stormy applause on the ship from Venice, she is a very weak guide and the general educational level leaves much to be desired , but it did not spoil the rest In general, thank you!!!
Здравствуйте, я ездила в тур Итальянский каприз 17-23.07.2014 Уменя остались очень хорошие впечатления, особенно о тех местах где мы были и экскурсоводах, которые нас знакомили с городами. Единственное в туре по программе посещение Ватикана, но если бы не наше упорство , мы бы туда не попали, т.к. была большая очередь, но сопровождающий гид Татьяна вообще не побеспокоилась об этом заранее, думаю что половина группы в Ватикан не попали. В целом я довольна поездкой. Хочется отметить работу сопровождающего гида , она могла быть просто сопровождающим, потому что ей лучше ничего не комментировать, группа в конце концом не выдержала ее безграмотности и в конце она дождалась шуточных бурных оваций на корабле из Венеции, гид она очень слабый и общий образовательный уровень оставляет желать лучшего , но это не испортило отдых В целом спасибо!!!
