If you think that this is an exception to the rule, then this is not so, I use the services of this company for the second time, in May we went to the Baltic States - "3 Capitals of the North" - the story is very similar, the air conditioner worked, but the bus was "hello from the past ". I won’t even write about such trifles as tea on the bus or a toilet - and everything is clear.
We were on this tour this summer. Bus: there were no particular inconveniences, no one used the toilet, stops every 3 hours, the drivers are very good. Escort: we had Vladimir as our leader, a good guy, but there was no particular enthusiasm in his eyes and actions, you need to be stricter with him) Hotel: weak, but you are not going to lie in your room, but there are main amenities and hot water! Excursions: do not take an ex. in Vienna, nothing interesting, it’s better to see the city yourself, otherwise everything is not bad.
Этим летом были в этом туре. Автобус: особых неудобств не было, туалетом никто не пользовался, остановки каждые 3 часа, водители очень хорошие. Сопровождение: руководителем у нас был Владимир, парень неплохой, но особого энтузиазма в его глазах и поступках не наблюдалось, с ним надо построже) Отель: слабенький, но вы же не лежать в номере едете, а главные удобства и гарячая вода есть! Экскурсии: не стоит брать экс. по Вене, ничего интересного, лучше самому посмотреть город, а так всё неплохо.

Мы были с 30.06.12 по 06.07.12, вообще отдельная история, выехали из Киева на несовсем исправном автобусе, кондиционер работал слабо, чудом доехали до Праги без поломок, зато оттуда автобус на Украину уже не выехал... остался на сервисном центре в Праге. Из-за этого не попали в Вену, и 10 часов простояли возле границы, не зная как добираться, потому что чешский автобус вёз только до границы, а с Чопа ждал украинский автобус. В результате границу обратно пересекали на електричке))) думаю, такого форс-мажора не ожидал никто:) Вовочка (гид) сделал всё возможное, респект ему за это!!! Спустя несколько дней смотришь на всё - как на приключение, но тем не менее...
