I want to share my impressions about the tour "Italian caprice" from the tour operator Delta Travel, Kyiv. May 19 began a 7-day tour of Europe (Budapest, Vienna, Rome, Vatican, Venice). Countries and their beauty is a separate issue, I think everyone who was there agrees with me that there is something to see, a rich history, beautiful architecture and many attractions.
I would like to note the organization, everything is perfectly planned, we saw all the most basic beauties of cities and capitals. Excellent guides. Special thanks to Andrey Kudrov - the leader of our group. During the trip, we learned a lot of valuable and useful information about countries, cities, travel, shopping and more. Throughout the trip, the whole group listened to him with bated breath and interest. In addition to history and facts, there were many jokes, anecdotes on the topic, and this information was remembered better and faster. I really want to go on tour again with Andrey, a smart, interesting, well-read, positive and cheerful person who I want to listen to. I think everyone who traveled with him agrees with me. Special thanks to the drivers for our safety, I was sure that everything would be in order, we drove calmly and confidently.
Delta Travel thanks for the selection of the tour and for the amazingly low price! To see so much beauty and at the same time pay 199 euros for a tour (+ excursions), I consider this a gift!

Departure time is determined by the carrier airline. And according to the contract, she has the right to postpone the flight by -12 or +12 hours. We were rescheduled for -4 hours. In short - lucky! so claims to the wrong address!
Время вылета определяет авиакомпания - перевозчик. И согласно договора она имеет право перенести вылет на -12 или+12 часов. Нам перенесли на -4 часа. Короче - повезло! так что претензии не по адресу!

I ran into this problem last year. then - join up. not only did they take off not at 3.30 but at 14.00 (the day of rest was gone), but the return flight was moved to 11.30 instead of 6 in the morning. as a result, train tickets from kiev to kharkov remained in memory. so count the profit, rest day -1 and tickets. that's annoying for this fork + -12. present it to no one
юрий, согласен с вами, но согласитесь, когда у вас воруют день не очень радует. с такой проблемой столкнулся в прошлом году. то - джойн ап. мало того что вылетели не в 3.30 а в 14.00 (день отдыха пропал), так еще и обратный вылет вместо 6 утра перенесли на 11.30. в результате билеты на поезд с киева до харькова остались на память. вот и считайте профит, день отдыха -1 и билеты. вот и досадно за эту вилку +-12. предъявить то некому
