We went with the specified travel agency on a New Year's bus trip: Budapest-Vienna-Amsterdam-Paris-Luxembourg-Eger. Cities, of course, are wonderful, it’s hard to spoil the impression, but the company’s employees tried very hard in this direction, and they succeeded from time to time ... Rudeness, nervousness of drivers and an attendant were the norm. The organization and planning of the tour is also bewildering. We didn't just run, we rushed about, sometimes managing to take a glimpse of historical sights in a hurry. Those who could not run very fast, or, for example, lingered in the toilet, were late for the bus and already independently got to the next point or to the hotel. Clearly, intense, but not to the same extent! For example, in Eger we did not even reach its historical center with a medieval town hall, with a marzipan museum - we limited ourselves only to quickly standing under the walls of the fortress (by the way, it is open for free visits as a museum) and - immediately on the bus. In addition, the hotels where we spent the night were located outside the city limits (it's cheaper!), and public transport did not go there. Those. there was no way to wander around Paris, Luxembourg, at least at night. (By the way, near Paris was not bad). And a hotel near Luxembourg (16 km from the city, with a beautiful view of the autobahn and the surrounding wastelands) is a whole other story! Those. worse than it in my rather big tourist practice did not meet. If you know what a "transit hotel" is, then you can make an approximate impression. When you are going on this trip, do not forget to bring soap, shampoo (if you want to wash), preferably a clean towel (if you do not like other people's hair from different parts of the body on your towel). I don't want to mention breakfast. By the way, I had to spend the longest time in this hotel - 3 nights.

In general, a resume - I will not go with this company for any price! (Although the programs and prices look attractive).

This year, we 3 sisters (retired) traveled from July 2, 2013 from the tour operator "Delta-Travel" tour "Magnificent Five". We want to express our gratitude for the clear organization of our holiday, especially to our guide Katyushka. This is a sweet girl who is truly in love with her work, a clear organization of all excursions, information support, amazingly well-chosen films and musical accompaniment, throughout the trip we were surrounded by her care. As for food, we consider breakfasts to be good, after all, our ticket is not 800 euros, and of course they wrote about dirty hotels here, this is all not true, the rooms are clean, the towel is all clean, but you need to take soap and shampoo with you, but on which there was a hotel on the outskirts, we didn’t care, we didn’t go there on foot, and we didn’t get there by public transport, we brought and took away the most important thing. Personally, we were never tired of everything we saw, just a sea of ​​​​impressions, there was no time to remember fatigue despite long journeys, late returns to the hotel. This is not the first time we have a rest, so the next trip is only from this tour operator and only with our Katyusha. Once again, many thanks to all of you. Vera, Katya, Rosa

We went on this tour in July. A lot of positive emotions and impressions. Thanks a lot Katherine. She clearly informed about everything, tried to organize our excursions and rest as best as possible. As for hotels, they are nothing for that kind of money. Here is just the last one in Hungary, which upset, without an elevator. But the overall impression is very good and many thanks to Katya. And the drivers who worked the whole tour very well.

What you described in your impressions and memories of the trip along the route Budapest-Vienna-Amsterdam-Paris-Eger ("New Year in Paris") coincides exactly with my impressions of this trip, but a year after you, 12/26/2013 .-04.01.2014 Guide - Babich Irina. Nothing in this filthy firm changes, except for new bouts of verbiage. I can add to your heading "... and lose money from the fraudulent tricks of Delta Travel." This is not the first time I go, but none of the travel agencies has ever had such an irresponsible and impudent attitude towards their customers.

Hello to all those who read my comment! Now, without being too lazy, I will describe what attitude the company "Delta Travel" has towards those who want to go on vacation with this scam!!! And so, I went on a tour of Europe from June 20 to June 26, 2014 (Rendezvous with a taste of chocolate). I will list only the main negative points:
1. The trip did not start at the border, but with a visit to the airport in Lviv to pick up some holiday visas, we lost 4 hours, this is our excursion time, because, according to the norms, drivers need to rest for 8 hours according to the rules. (By the way, when returning, I noticed , if for some reason the bus had been late for several hours, we would not have had time, this is how they open visas in this company! Deportation with consequences is possible)
2. Complete ban on the toilet in the bus (locked). The child whom the mother wanted to take to the toilet was not allowed (after the scandal and the tears of the child, they opened it), after visiting the first country, mother and child were not seen again.
3. The lack of not only hot drinks on the bus during the 6 days of the trip, but also hot water, at least at stops! motivate that this is a violation and there will be fines, nonsense, calculated for those who went for the first time. There and boiling water and the toilet is designed to be used as an ashtray in a car.
4. Illegal landing (like homeless people) of vacationers outside the city, who refused excursions, but will be taken for an additional fee. Although, in the information sheet, visiting cities is included in the fare. By the way, this tour company as an organizer took 500 UAH more from me than, for example, a tour intermediary company in Dnepropetrovsk!! NONSOS, deceit in everything!
5. Extremely nervous atmosphere by the guide, intimidation of vacationers! One grandfather was late, so they didn’t wait for him for more than 5 minutes and left, he got on the morning train himself, and everyone was waiting at the station, that’s the attitude !!!
NOT DEAR HOLIDAY ORGANIZERS, IF YOU DONT KNOW TO ORGANIZE, SO DO NOT TORTURE PEOPLE!!! PEOPLE PAY MONEY FOR A QUALITY HOLIDAY, AND YOU ARE ONLY OBLIGED TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES!!! It turns out that vacationers are like fellow travelers in someone else's bus. (I won’t write how they illegally took an advance payment from me ...) I can wish these employees that your children have such a rest! Hama!!!
