Leaves much to be desired

I booked a bus tour to Italy through Delta Travel, which was later cancelled. Since I already had a vacation planned, I had to choose another country.

Travel agency manager Elena Protsenko is a completely irresponsible person. I asked her to pick up a tour to Spain for me, she sent me offers, then she constantly had to remind me of herself and find out what about my documents and hotel reservations.

I was also outraged by the fact that I received tickets with a departure on May 24 only on May 22 at 9 pm. What was my surprise that a mistake was made in my name on the ticket, instead of Olena it was written Oelena.

I started calling Elena, she was out of the zone. I wrote her a letter, called the airport, they told me that, in principle, up to three errors are allowed on the ticket, but there may still be problems during departure.

I started calling Elena again, no answer.

All in all, I hoped for the best. Everything went well, I had a great rest, but I was nervous a lot the day before.

Elena never answered or called back.

I no longer want to deal with the tour operator "Deltatravel"
