I turned to the agency for vouchers - 2 months before the proposed tour, handed over all the documents, I was promised a discount, but as soon as I paid the full price (165 euros) they stopped talking to me at all. Having gone on a tour, I found out that 90% !! !tourists on this bus (having handed over documents much later than we) paid only from 125 euros to 145 euros. !

Regarding the disadvantages you described, I would like to leave the following comments:
• The work of the transport department is fundamental to quality rest, which is why we pay special attention to its work. All group transfers are made on buses (16-83 seats). All routes are worked out as efficiently as possible so that there is no extra time spent. It is for this reason that each central bus "unloads" additional transport. The longest transfer is 2.5 hours when guests travel from the airport to the most remote hotels in the Ouranoupoli region. In any case, we apologize to you if the provided transfer was not very convenient for you.
• All excursion routes organized by our company have been perfected over the years. Believe me, they are all designed in such a way that the program is as saturated as possible. The company employs licensed guides, whose story is by no means poor or incomplete. Indeed, during the program they often talk about the life of modern Greece, its problems and searches, but it is these questions that tourists most often ask. Let me assure you that this additional information does not affect the main story in any way. Stop for lunch at the most convenient (and not the most expensive) place. The restaurant is selected one that is on the route, can quickly and efficiently serve a large group and meets quality standards. On average, the cost of lunch in such establishments is 10-15 euros per adult (according to European standards, quite an acceptable price).
• All complaints about the work of our representatives in the hotel are considered first. You can leave a message on our official website, in which you write in detail the problems that have arisen with the representative of the company in the hotel. After an internal investigation, you will be informed of the result.
• During flight delays, the company tries to keep guests at the hotel as long as possible. Agree, being on the territory of the hotel and using its infrastructure is much more convenient than being at the airport for an indefinite time.
