I turned to the agency for vouchers - 2 months before the proposed tour, handed over all the documents, I was promised a discount, but as soon as I paid the full price (165 euros) they stopped talking to me at all. Having gone on a tour, I found out that 90% !! !tourists on this bus (having handed over documents much later than we) paid only from 125 euros to 145 euros. !

Я, например пользуюсь в основном именно Горящими турами.
Как говориться, каждому свое - либо заранее определиться и купить тур, либо в последний момент носиться с документами, а потом трястись на последних местах в автобусе несколько дней, правда, сэкономив порой до пары сотен уе.

Я не порчу репутацию-а высказываю свое мнение,кстати могу отметить-что после моей записи здесь (без моего имени)фирма позвонила мне-извинилась,сказали что очень были загружены и ЧЕРЕЗ 2 месяца после поездки!!!вернули мне 50 евро за 2 путевки!!
