I have never written anything negative on the forums, but in this case - it's a cry!!! Periodically, quite often, I bought tickets on a cruise. The guys (husband and wife), like, competent, everything was fine. Recently, they have defiantly begun not to pay attention, like, due to being busy: either they forget to warn about the time of ticket redemption (I come, but the price has increased, that reservation has burned down), then I wait 20 minutes in the office until other customers are served - and what, I don’t I pay the same amount of money! I accidentally wandered into the ticket office near the Sphere (on Golovnaya where there were air and railway ticket offices in my youth), now I buy tickets there. →
Planned vacation home for June in the winter. We turned to this "firm" on the recommendation of acquaintances who allegedly know someone from there. We applied back in April - we were promised super hot prices, departure from Ivano-Frankivsk, a super hotel. They waited for the call until June - quietly. Having called back myself, they forgot about our homeland altogether, the manager Yulia with whom we talked no longer works at all. →
Cruise-2000 is the most incompetent travel company, as we have built 4 years of work in the tourism sector. They turned to look at the advertiser, which was organized by the "firm". Vrazhen is the sea! The manager Natalia, a group leader, is incompetent, because she herself did not know the tour program for that number of days of rebuking! On arrival, I did not give my phone number, nor the room number. →
My wife chose the rest on her own, I only allocated a budget, by the way, as it turned out later, this amount completely covered the rest in Kalista in Bilek. Let's start from the very beginning: the wife chose a company that is serviced by her at work in a bank and is nearby (as I found out later, this was the only criterion), chose a tour, left a deposit, booked. → |
